Republicans win right to challenge Wash. state election: Republicans have won a victory in their challenge to the election of Governor Gregoire. The judge says Republicans will be allowed to use "proportional analysis" to prove their case that illegal votes swayed the election.

We in the Evergreen State have our work cut out for us. Already the DemonRat controlled House and Senate are getting set to make our state an all mail-in vote state. With that system, the only thing that verifies that you are the one who voted is the signature. Who is looking at signatures? Also, there is a proposal to have people provide I.D.s at the polls, if the polling process were to stay. However, the Rats are saying that a utility bill with the persons name on the address will suffice as I.D. They are setting the groundwork for new methods for ballot stuffing. There still has not been any substantial legislation for election reform with one session of legislation gone (after it consumed itself with raising new taxes).

The rat's are feeling their grip on power slip. Don't worry, just work hard, and have fun watching the show. We'll probably get a few zoloft OD's in Olympia over this.
To: jonrick46
You definately DON'T want mail in voting! Here in the Peoples Republick of Orygun, you can vote as an illegal alien, get a drivers license, AND get a free Education! Shoot, if you are an Illegal, they are trying to get you RESIDENTS tuition at the state Univ's.
That is great news on Washington's Elections. Soon perhaps you will have the real Governor in office! Fraudoire can go suck spit. Don't fall for the mail in thing! The Rats will have an even easier time putting in fraudulent votes!

If the law is not obeyed and enforced the result is anarchy. Do you prefer that to law and order?
Any particular law or all of them? Think about your post next time you exceed the speed limit on the highway, avoid sales tax with an on-line purchase, pocket the cash when you sell some gizzmo to one of your neighbors, illicitly download a song, etc. Keep in mind that you claimed to have unfailing allegiance to the rule-of-law in your post.
As the person who you assailed said, let it go; there is no use in holding a contested seat. It would be better to rally the party around the injustice and motivate your voters to go to the polls next election.
You cannot seriously compare Rossi to D-Day or the American Revolution, or Abraham Lincoln. Get real. There isn't one politician in America to get as worked up for as you all are about Rossi -- not a SINGLE one.

You are totally and absolutely wrong. As a black man with whom I worked and sweated with said many times, "Right is right". Meaning that anything otherwise is wrong.
Fair elections are the very foundations of our democracy. Without them there is truly anarchy.
It is just a short step from fraudulent elections to no elections at all. So, if you are not willing to stand up for honesty then I must say that you have a very flawed character and a weak one at that.
Furthermore, I don't remember claiming to have an unfailing allegiance to the rule-of-law in my post. You might try reading it again.
Thank you.

Hi Meek, I've got tons of gifs in my computer, just have to wait for opportunities to use them. Some are a little too risque to use on the forum, LOL.

Then, of course, the vote fixers will have to face charges under the FEDERAL Voting Rights Act, which is when I expect we'll learn that the DNC put the fraud in motion.
I don't know. This is America. I find it hard to believe that vote fraud will actually be prosecuted here.
To: sefarkas
"It would be better to rally the party around the injustice and motivate your voters to go to the polls next election." Voters have a very short memory. If you don't know this you haven't been around for very long.
Time works to the advantage of the incumbent. In four years, the she-governor will be entrenched and the voters will have forgotten most of the Democratic offenses.

Yup, sucks to be us.
Between Tom "I suck toad toes" Potter and the Socialist Tax and spend Governor here, I am seriously considering moving out of state.
The people in this state and Portland in Particular are serious Kool-ade drinkers between hits off the Bong. I am putting a couple new bumper stickers on my truck. "Liberalisim is a Mental Disorder", "Tom Potter is an Idiot, Terrorist Sympathiser", and "Recall Tom Potter". Maybe I'll get my truck Keyed.

Sure is. That creature is a repulsive waste of good oxygen.
To: Dead Dog
Dog, folks always tend to concentrate on national elections, but fraud is present in many a local election. One heck of lot of mayors, state representatives, and sheriffs, are holding on to their seats by fraud in demnocrat strongholds. It is particularly prevalent in democrat primaries, in which the primary is really the elction.
It is a national disgrace and is putting many areas of the country on a Third World footing. What in the sam hill is so complicated in this day and age from having a straight election?
My own computer could easily handle the data base for many a whole state!
