ATLANTA (CNN) -- Jennifer Wilbanks, a Georgia woman missing since Tuesday night, has been found alive and well in New Mexico, a friend of the family told CNN.
Wilbanks was located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and told her family she had been abducted and taken there, according to John Kim, a friend of Wilbank's family.

I posted on a later thread how mean and cynical I feel,,,I smell a rat or a bride with cold feet. But yesterday I had convicted the fiance so I guess cynicism is my thing.
I was thinking the same thing (more likely cold feet than anything else).
I mean..turning up on the SAME day that the wedding was supposed to be, with an altered appearance, in Mexico.
HMMMMMMM...

I was thinking about this a bit ago; this very well could be true; 8 showers in the last two weeks? 600 people? That's a LOT of pressure.
I'll bet she bolted and then made up the abduction story because she's too humiliated or afraid to admit the truth.
If she did leave on her own, one can only imagine the pressure she will be under NOW; this is something that won't be "kept in the family" now.....the press has a sniff of it and they'll go for broke.
I hope it's not true, because if she did run, she's in for a rough road with the entire country watching.
The problem I have with the story of her getting cold feet is --- she and the guy were already 'housekeeping' together from the reports earlier in the week. I don't recall any report saying how long they had been 'housekeeping' together. But if they where already 'housekeeping', then making it official would not seem to be that stressful an event to cause her to get cold feet.

Because he was correctly advised by legal counsel that poygraphs are so unreliable that the test results are inadmissible to prove guilt in just about every court in the country. His lawyer also told him that polygraphs are often abused by LEO as an interrogation tool.
From what I understand, he was willing to take a polygraph with his lawyer present (in case LEO used the polygraph to interrogate) and under the eye of a video camera, but that LEO rejected the offer. The real question then, is why were the police reluctant to conduct the polygraph?
At least we know that's her bathroom -- just look at the faucet and handles. She's clearly jealous.
