how can anyone POSSIBLY wield a scalpel with those bosoms in the way of your vision?

Luckily, I was a B cup when I was in training. After residency, I married, was pregnant several times, and became a C cup.

Strangely that didn't interfere with my minor surgeries so much as it did my hernia exams.
