Surely they had a nice engagement photo done?

Hard to believe she did not see any tv coverage of her We never had the TV on the whole time we were in Vegas--we had each other for entertainment. ;-) I bet she first saw a newspaper after I dropped her off in Albuquerque.

"He said he called her 'beautious' as a nickname, and how she would put his call on speakerphone when at work so co-workers could hear him call her that..."
Uh okay that there has ICKY written all over it. No wonder the brat is a narcissis personality disorder. And who uses the word beauty or beautiful as "beautious"? The whole family sounds like a load of nutbags.
IMO this broad and Scott Peterson would make a fine match in hell. There their over indulging parents could coo and ahhh over them for eternity. Blech.

per CNN: she called her family first and TOLD THEM WHERE SHE WAS. She had originally said, as reported, that she did NOT know where she was. Fox just played the 911 tape.

You're welcome, Texasflower. It was good to hear that she is alive.

how long before we hear the interviews with her old boyfriends to hear why their relationship with her broke up?
Not long, i hope.
To: SunnySide
Icky is right. Funny step-dad is one going to pick her up, not her 'daddy'.
Apparantly purchased ticket 4-19, yet one call she made that Tuesday was to a cousin, to let her know cousin's son's tux was ready to pick up.
Glad to hear many guests on Fox saying she should get some sort of punishment for her actions. Glad she's alive, but she did wrong not only to her family and friends, but the city and numerous law enforcement folks.
To: SE Mom
Did she say on the tape she did not know she was?! And yet supposedly she called family Before calling 911?
To: winker
a) Don't have any kids, but know all about 'the belt';
b) Wouldn't live in MA unless God sent me a certified letter, and even then we'd have to discuss it some;
c) Wasn't there very long, but TX holds some good memories...
