ORLANDO, Fla. -- Detectives on Wednesday released a photograph they hope will help them identify a girl seen in a series of sexually explicit pictures that were taken at a Walt Disney World hotel and other locations and have circulated over the Internet for the past three years.
The newly released photo is of another girl who investigators do not believe was sexually exploited.
But the backgrounds of the images of the two girls have enough similarities, including furniture and exercise equipment, that detectives believe they may have been in the same place at the same time, said Sgt. Matt Irwin, a sheriff's detective.
The second girl's image was included in a collage found on the Internet that included the sexually exploited girl, who detectives believe has been sexually abused almost daily for the past several years and has appeared in 200 explicit photos.
Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said the photo was being released "in hopes that if a citizen can identify her, it will greatly increase the chances of successfully identifying the perpetrator and recovering the victim."
Detectives do not know who the girls are or where they live, but they believe one of the images of the sexually exploited girl was taken at a Walt Disney World hotel several years ago, when she appeared to be about 9.
"Our hearts go out to the victim and her loved ones as we do everything we can to support law enforcement in its investigation," Disney spokeswoman Kim Prunty said in a statement.
The image made public Wednesday shows a grade-school-age girl with black bangs, a lime-colored halter top and cut-off blue jeans. She is seen holding a pink electronic game.
Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the girl, who was described as a material witness.
Child-porn investigators in Toronto discovered the pictures of the abused girl on the Internet and released some of them after digitally removing the victim in hopes of determining where the photos were taken. Clues from some of the photos suggest she may live in the northeastern United States or southeast Canada.

No... this is a plastic case. It could be a makeup case, but more likely it is a hand-held game. These used to be sold at airports to keep kids from boredom on long flights. I'm pretty sure this one is NOT domestic.
Odds on that's Arabic, and the girl is North African or Middle Eastern. If she is back in in the dar-ul-Islam, God alone can protect her now.

It looks specifically like the Arabic letter "h" repeated from right to left in its initial, medial and final form. In other words, the initials "HHH".

I read the LA Times article liked to an FR thread a couple of days ago. I dont know how those Toronto cops and all the other sex-crime cops do it. After reading the slimes article, I wouldnt let my kids play outside for the rest of the day. Its sounds from the article and from the facts presented, that the one taking the pictures is a family member. I really hope they catch this guy..

Come on, people - let's get this out there.
This is so sad. Thanks to all who enlarged the pics. I have 3 girls ranging in age from 26 to 10, and I don't recognize the toy she's holding. It could be some kind of makeup mirror, or makeup kit. The Game Boy toys that I'm familiar with don't have hinged lids. The clothes she's wearing look like something from the last few years. Beading has become popular again. Her knees look like they have rug burns. No comment :/ The inscription on the toy looks like Arabic, or maybe cyrilic(sp)?? Any Russians here who could give an opinion?
Don't assume that this child is American. Just because the girl they're looking for is thought to be living in Canada, or the US, doesn't mean this child resides here. She could be Azerbaijanian(sp) for all we know.

You must live in a neighborhood with lots of children.
Let's start a fund to house these guys next door to the judges who let them out. Judges buy their ways out of the problems they inflict on the rest of us. Few of these guys can afford to live where the cheaper homes are in the $400,000 range. But, if we chip in to rent a place for 4 or 5 of the worst sexual predators, say next door to the judge who let them out, it'll be a bargain. Time to level the playing field.
