Tonight President Bush held a Press Conference at the White House where he spoke about the high cost of energy and his plans for a long range plan to address our future energy needs. The President also spoke about the urgent need to address the looming funding crisis within Social Security. He laid out some specifics on how to address the problems and his plan to privatize a portion of the system to allow all of to become owners of our assets rather than the Government

The latter unfortunately he will win but I am still hopeful that his majority will be cut. By the way Michael Howard defended George Bush today on TV.
Michael Howard has been saying the Tony Blair has lied over various issues in particular the Iraq war so the interviewer then said do you believe President Bush lied and immediately Michael Howard said no because he went to war on the broad issues, regime change, breaking of UN resolutions not just WMDs and immediate threat. Howard is in agreement with GWB on this and agrees on the war on this basis.

W did a great job. But, those MSM guys make me furious.....like the one who tried to get W to "repeat after me"...'more people will die in Iraq'. Grrrrr.
I know he can't but I wish he would not call on any one from ABC, CBS, NBC..
To: MJY1288
He was brilliant Mike and above all the sincerity was no obvious

Just had a go that boarders issue guy on the Zell Miller threadI saw that, very nice :) Guys like that are called "single-issue posters" for good reason. They can't talk about anything else.
