The way Reid is talking I get the feeling we might have a couple Dems on our side also What do you think?I think they will have a hard time obtaining 41 votes for some of the nominees. Take Janice Rogers Brown, for instance. Do the 'Rats really want to filibuster the nomination of a black woman from California who received 82% of the vote in her last election? Will that win them votes in the black community, or lose them?

Reid's point that, if they can filabuster diplomatic appointments, isn't it the same thing with judges and even more important because they get lifetime appointments. This is such a bogus argument.
