The growing tide of personal attacks by bloggers and e-mailers "can make you really paranoid," says New York Times reporter Adam Nagourney.
ABC's Linda Douglass says she has "learned that I have not just critics but people who seem to hate me that I don't even know about."

I'd like to ask these reporters: Do they print tee-shirts calling for your deaths as some liberals do for the President's?
"The growing tide of personal attacks by bloggers and e-mailers "can make you really paranoid," says New York Times reporter Adam Nagourney.

AWWWWWWW.
Ain't that too bad.....
Funny, when those people launch personal attacks on, lets say, President Bush, there's not the same whine.....
Admittedly, its not "scatological"...so far.
This is breaking news?
That's because Dana Milbank is a poo-poo head.
I thought the press was supposed to be professional and success was determined by presenting the news in a "fresh" way. Instead, the DNC talking points are faxed out for every issue in an attempt to "snuff out the opinions offered by the other side"! No gravitas I tell ya!
Former CBS, now ABC reporter Linda Douglass is still pouty because it was disclosed she was best pals with Web and Susie Hubbel, and Mickey Kantor. Douglas' husband found work for Hubbell while he was under investigation, they cruised the Greek islands together, and Douglass phoned Hubbell while he was in prison.
The perfect word to describe feelings towards the New York Slimes.
did I check something wrong? sorry about that...it's dated correctly.
I think Dana "poo poo head" Milbank is no longer the Washington Post's White House reporter. I do not believe he gets equal criticism from both sides. "I get criticism from both sides so I must be doing something right", is the worn out line reporters always resort to, when their cover is blown.
Milbank's "reporting" on George Bush, or Conservative Pajama Wilding? ;-)
On, Off, or grab it for a Media Shenanigans/Schadenfreude/PNMCH ping:

Usually means that both sides agree the writer stinks.
The end of the Post story notes that the Globe reporter who submitted the story on the seal hunt that didn't take place still believes she did nothing wrong. She says her only fault was in not checking to see if it took place!
Or it could mean when he bashes the right, the left critizises him for not bashing hard enough.
Shades of Mitch "the Leftist Bitch" Albom.
Kurtz makes no mention of why bloggers, (make that common folk unassociated with the MSM), have so little regard for the MSM. He could have named names...beginning with Mike Barnicle.
Didn't want you to miss this Kurtz gem.
Jeez, Laz, I would have just said there was nothing to comment on otherwise but sneakers and a warmup suit...
Like the endless stories more than hinting, despite all evidence to the contrary, that George W. Bush served less than honorably in the TANG, Dana?
As to Linda "my best friends are the Hubbells" Douglass's complaint, whatever, Linda. I find it hard to imagine you get much mail but wouldn't be surprised if the few missives you do get point out some flaw in your "reporting".
Thanks for the ping, and Good Morning to you also!!
