This school is going down. Time for some house cleaning it seems. Their (the school's) insurance company isn't going to like this either.

As a side note. I need some doublespeak(PC talk) translated. What exactly are "developmental delays"

And why no charges filed if they know who the perpetrators are (and with that many witnesses, they must know?)

Even after administrators were alerted to the alleged criminal act, they did not call police, or the victim's father, WCMH reported.

If this is true, then these administrators should immediately be charged with accessory after the fact to sexual assault. I'm sick and tired of the attitude in schools and, especially, colleges that they're somehow outside the purview of the law. They usually just like to "take care of it internally." Outrageous!

This kind of behavior must be punished, as well as the act of sweeping it under the rug.

Principal Regina Crenshaw will likely lose her job...

They should lock her in a room with these sick freaks she's coddling for about a week and then ask her if she wants to call the cops.

Oh for Christ's sake people, she is DISABLED! Get a grip.

Its not like she is human or anything.

Was she humiliated? Perhaps we need to ask the doctors.

This young lady would have benefited from the words of Albert Einstein: "Fallatio is the ultimate act of trust."

...and all that implies.

If only her parents had just starved her death like they were supposed to this never would have happened.

Mifflin High School officials who found her bleeding from the mouth March 9 did not call police, and an assistant principal cautioned the girl's father against calling 911 because the media might get involved, according to statements from school officials obtained by The Columbus Dispatch. But the girl's father insisted on calling police and contacted them later that afternoon.

Well, gee. It was only rape.

Lot of people there need a good ass-kicking and then a law suit to end all lawsuits.

Thank God for the teacher who had the guts to stick up for this girl and against her bosses who wanted to sweep this under the rug.

I am wondering what the teacher's union will do. Force the keeping of the staff?
Maybe the residents of the school district should withold their property tax funding for the school district.

In my opinion the girl who was raped is not near as mentally disabled as those who did the crime and those who stood around and watched, as for the sheithead who taped it theres another sick whacko. In fact the girl that was raped and the father seem to be the only sane people in that school. What kind of teachers would tell a rape victim not to call the police? The principle and the Assistants are mentally ill in my opinion. Its no wonder things like this happen in schools run by incompetents such as these.

Richard Watson is one of three assistant principals suspended for 10 days. Principal Regina Crenshaw will likely lose her job, WCMH reported.

Absolutely unbelievable. Normally, I'm not in favor of lawsuits. But I will make an exception for this one. Sue this school district / county / state back into the Stone Age. No excuse for this at all.

>>The girl's father demanded that school officials call the police.

"Mr. Watson said, 'No we don't want to do that, we don't want the police,"' Upshaw told the investigator. <<

During one of my daughters soccer games (she was 11 at the time), the other team was a vicious inner-city type group that was playing quite rough - they were also like horses compared to the size of our girls. I was getting very frustrated with the refs not doing anything and the coach was concerned I might do something.

Well, one of the girls from the other team hauled off and punched one of our girls in the face. I started on the field and the coach said I needed to let the refs take care of it. I told her that assault is assault, no matter where it happens and this is now a police matter. She and I were coming from completely different paradigms.

This girl was raped and these boys need to spend a few years in prison.
