On the 10th April the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement, together with the Chai v'Kaiyam organization, intend to hold a Passover Sacrifice on the Temple Mount. This will be done on an altar which is already ready.
The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement is determined to hold this sacrifice whether or not the government grants their permission. If permission is not granted to enter the Temple Mount, then the sacrifice will be performed in the City of David before the Southern gates of the Temple Mount, the main gates used by the Israelites to enter the Temple Mount during the time of the First and Second Temples
Can someone help.. is this a first ?
I heard about this a while back. All I can say is that I hope they can run fast cos the Arabs can't half throw those stones.
I guess i wanted to know is this sacrifice a first for the temple mount faithful group ?..... anyone here know
I think it would be a first, if your source is correct, but it looks biased based on these stories

Besides God will no longer accept animal sacrifices.
Heb 10:4
For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.
Heb 10:8-10
Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
WHAT are they intending to sacrifice?
A goat? Chicken? Human?
MKs Ariel & Eldad Plan to Visit the Temple Mount on Sunday
15:26 Apr 08, '05 / 28 Adar 5765
(IsraelNN.com) National Union MK Uri Ariel has indicated he and party colleague MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad plan to visit the Temple Mount on Sunday despite a police ruling barring Jewish legislators from doing so. Ariel has made several statements during the past 24 hours decrying the current situation permitting Arabs onto the Mount, but not Jews.
Seeking to arrive at a solution via official channels, Ariel turned to Jerusalem Police Chief Ilan Franco, but was told he may not go onto the Mount. He then approached Public Security Minister Gideon Ezra who announced Jewish MKs may not go onto the Mount on Sunday, but Arab MKs may.
Following the discriminatory ruling, Ariel and Eldad have indicated they will take advantage of their parliamentary immunity and head for the holy site on Sunday.
President Moshe Katsav has reportedly issued a statement calling on the MKs to refrain from any action that may lead to disturbances
I recall there's a strict protocol for sacrifice that applied to the second temple but I can't cite the correct lit. How does an M.P. rate to perform a sacrifice? Uri's name is not Cohan either. This guy is rousing rabble, imo, because the Moslemi are gonna go nuts about it.
a Muslim hopefully
"a Muslim hopefully"
Then it would not be a "Godly" sacrifice now would it?
Sacrifice has to be free from defects, perfect, etc.
a Muslim hopefullyAdvocating human sacrifice?

"Sacrifice has to be free from defects, perfect, etc."
Well a 'human' was never ever an acceptable sacrifice except for Christ. We Christians know that Christ was the perfect and final blood sacrifice, but people do what people do.
Since when is a Muslim human?
The High Priest, a single person, needs to be a Kohain, not be named Cohen. Leviim and Yisraelim may attend but cannot be a High Priest.
A Rabbi may be drawn from any one of the three. Only the High Priest must be a Kohain..and that was during the existence of the 1st and 2nd Temples.
