Prayers for TexasCowboy!
TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.
Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.
So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.
Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!
Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.
"I'm fading, but I've got to express my love and appreciation for you ladies contributions to this thread."
What an honor! Can't think of anything I'd rather be known as than one of TC's Ladies! Surely there's a far more clever group name than that lurking out there somewhere - but nothing I can think of at the moment. Suggestions, anyone?
But you know something, El Roy? There's a reason so many of us care about you. In addition to the wisdom and humor you dispense, you also have the unique ability to be a true friend to women. You certainly are one to me. That may not sound like a big deal, but it is.
May you rest comfortably this evening. Prayers for you continue. Oh, and if you decide you want all of us to get T-shirts printed or something, just say the word.
Hugs 'n love!
Great to see you posting TC!
Im glad to see you about and glad the surgery went well.
I hope the brace works out for you and two steppin in no time.
Best wishes
Way to GO! Now keep it up and get your rest when you need it; you'll be Freeping and going out to protests in no time at all.
Thank you for posting to us, TC---it is always wonderful to hear from you...
I know it takes a lot of the strength you need to get better, so don't overdo it, but selfishly, I have to admit that I like to see your screen name on a post...
It also reassures me when I start worrying about not hearing any news....
Keeping up with my prayers, and keeping Texas hot-to-go for you....in fact, if I were you, I wouldn't hurry back to Texas real soon...it is a scorcher!
God Bless you TC, from a fellow Texan, to you and yours, mind the doctors and physical therapists, and I'll be back..

Thanks for keeping us up to date.
We'll keep praying that your strength increases day by day. I'm so happy you're doing so well.

If you want on/off my prayer ping list, please let me know. All requests happily honored.
Tonk: Thanks for the heads up. It's great to see TC felt up to posting today. Every day a bit stronger and a bit more healed. :-)
Texas Cowboy: You are very welcome. The pleasure's all mine I can assure you.
Good to see you improving Cowboy! Prayers up that it will continue.
"Welcome back my friend to the show that never ends."
Five more days of rack time, huh! Suggest you put together a card game (with the pretty nurses, of course). Don't know if it will make the time go faster, just more enjoyable.
Keep your spirits high and know you're in all our thoughts and prayers. And may God bless your family too!
You sound great!
You damned Texans are TOUGH!
Hang in their partner --- we need you back in the forum..
Getting off the damned heavy drugs and bunk time, will prove to be tough -- but that's when you really begin to feel "normal" again...
Been there, done that....

Be that as it may, your post certainly did make whole passel of folks pretty darn happy for you.
Now, why do I sort of doubt that. :)
