Prayers for TexasCowboy!

TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.

Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.

So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.

Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!

Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.

In Southern Speak, y'all can mean "all of y'uns" - or "all of JUST yew"..:))

Hmpf, I've always understood that "y'all", as a shortened, and much more pleasant, version of "you all", supplied the second person plural that non Southern English is sadly lacking, but which is a common feature in many other languages.

Maybe it's only that way in Texas, since I've never lived in any other Southern state? Anyway, when I use "y'all" (for which my more northern relatives rib me, endlessly and with much merriment) I mean it as second person plural.

Actually depends on the grind itself, and the quality of the coffee beans.
Found a dark roast that was actually closer to light roast than was the norm, and found a light roast that would rip off your face and chase your pets.

Also, the caffiene content varies by roast and quality.
Discovered that different brands will yield wildly differing results.
