Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.
Thanks, FV
a mom would be arrested for giving her daughter dying of thirst a cube of ice to relieve her suffering. Hospice Woodside 6770 102nd Ave. N. Pinellas Park, FL. (as you know we have plenty of cop pictures). They were there to arrest Terri's parents if they got out of line.

This CAN'T be happening in the United States of America, can it? (sarcasm)
I need a makeover once I get caught up on my rest. Mom says niece was on Oprah the other day modeling. Of course, we missed it. I thought my niece would become a singer, maybe she can do that later. I'm just her tired aunt this evening.
Ping to 809 if you know anyone who would like to attend the Pa service for Terri by her parents.

2006: Rice was unelected and voted against Terri in the Florida House, Everett Rice has his eye on being Florida's next Attorney General. Michael Schiavo is a nurse in one of Rice's Pinellas County Jails. Jodi's mom worked at the Sheriff's office at the time of the incident and Attorney Scott Swope who worked on Michael's side last year used to be with the Sheriff's Dept. in interrogation and in homicides.
CORRECTION: Rice was unopposed and became a member of the Florida House just in 2004.
WOW!! Your neice was on Oprah!! She must be something.
And don't think you can't be tired and good looking, too.

My thinking is this. DeLay came out alone, couragous , and said " we need to GET to the bottom of these activist Judges"...(or something close to this! After which, everyone, including VP Cheney and even Pres. Bush, backed away from DeLay with statement that he needs to just " drop it"..ok I am adlibbing here again!!
Then all of a sudden the " trip spending" comes out and ZAPPO!!!! everyone starts targeting DeLay. ! Me? I think it is a conspiracy to get rid of DeLay!!
He thinks I'm on the right track but trying to get anyone's attention will be tough....to work up with locals, then the state, and then federal.
I'm not sure about that. Our locals can barely think outside of water and road issues.
I think our House rep., President Bush, and Governor Bush would be the places to begin. Perhaps, the Justice Dept. too. What do you think?
Terri is a hero and got a purple heart from a Vietnam Vet!!! God bless him!!!
They have a power base originating in Texas but many groups have joined together to form a group that is very serious about impeaching Judge Greer and going up from there.
You can sign up for their e-newsletter.
No point running this by Jeb. We've been contacting Jeb for 2 years and all I have now is some dead roses and huge phone bills.
I'm still a conservative but I don't hold the gop in high regard at the moment but for a few members.
You are really a good ad libber. I think that's about what happened. These guys in DC are not rocket scientists and pretty transparent at this juncture. Tom Delay's the only one that's ever called it murder. The other pubbies say they are for a culture of life but refuse to say that it was a murder. Then they'd have to join Delay. That's just too messy to get to the truth.
On what grounds do they intend to impeach Greer?
The only rep I've ever donated money to is Ron Paul and I don't even live in Texas. He's a constitutionalist and so am I.
Over the last 15 years, I've had replies and running conversations from dozens of reps. I've twice heard my exact words used on the floor of the House.
It isn't going to hurt to hit them from both angles.
Well, the Tazer on a man with a glass of water, was a bit extreme! I think the man should sue the police for this excessive use of force.
The office of Solicitor General was founded in the late 1800's, and some traditions have been established. Whenever the Solicitor General argues a case before the Supreme Court he continues to wear late 19th century style dress, with striped pants, grey ascot, vest, and a cutaway morning coat, making him a very distinct sight in the courtroom.
The SG argues for the U.S. government in front of the Supreme Court, when the government is party to a case.
"The SG has no master to serve except his country"...Francis Biddle.
If nothing else, this is going to be an education.

VIENNA, Austria - Johann Gross survived three years of Nazi laboratory experiments under an extermination program that called for snuffing out "worthless lives."
That trauma shapes the Austrian's view of Terri Schiavo's death.
"No people in the world have the right to kill another. It's murder," said Gross, 75, while visiting an exhibit on wartime experiments at a Vienna psychiatric hospital. "It's the same as the Nazis did."
Gross' reaction may seem extreme, but there are many in Austria and Germany whose attitudes toward euthanasia are clouded by Hitler's horrors. Until recently, even talking about it was difficult because it forced people to look into their dark history.
But since Schiavo's death March 31, after courts ordered her feeding tube removed, the ethics of euthanasia have become a hot topic in Austria and Germany. Videotape showing Schiavo in her hospital bed, in what was described as a vegetative state, led TV newscasts for days.
Rest at link -- worth reading completely.
This is what I have been sending the Reps. who are still sending me e-mails back deleted and not read:
Never forget!!!
Mae Magouirk safe for now. See Tekgnosis for further details.
Tell the Media to report the REAL Schiavo polls!

Well, I know they did not help Trent Lott (who was too liberal for me, but what's right is right), and they did not help former Congressman Bob Dornan when he lost an election in the early ninety's because of the illegal aliens vote. Bob Dornan was a tough fighter for pro-life and conservative causes; I guess he was too conservative for the liberal Republican Party, and fought too hard, just like Tom DeLay.
I'm going to call Tom DeLay at 202-225-5951, and thank him for all he's done to fight judicial tyranny, and tell him that I will remember the Republicans who did not stand up for him.
