Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.
Thanks, FV
Terri's mom and dad before the memorial service. The U.S. put them through hell.
"I found out last night that Bishop Robert Lynch will transfer the priest who allowed Terri's funeral Mass to be held in his church to another church. Fr. William Swengross of Most Holy Name of Jesus is being punished by Lynch because he showed support for Terri's family.
The day after Terri's funeral Mass, Fr. Swengross was told that he will be transferred to another church many miles away from the heart of the diocese. The normal time period for a pastor to remain in a parish is 6 years. Fr. Swengross has been at his current parish for 3 years.
Bishop Lynch warned all the priests and employees of his diocese that if they show any support for Terri and her family, they will be held accountable.
Lynch is known for his vindictiveness against priests who he feels are a threat to him.
Bishop Lynch also wrote a letter of complaint to the bishop in charge of Brothers Paul and Hillary of the Franciascan Brothers of Peace (St. Paul, MN) complaining that he wanted the Franciscan Brothers out of his diocese."
Bishop Lynch sounds like an evil and vindictive man.
The American Catholic Bishops need to do something about this Bishop.
"Me too. I don't want to meet an untimely demise just because someone wants to harvest my organs"
I want to call your attention to this article because CNN removed the part talking about organ donations. I have it in post #1
Terri Schiavo Case; Expert Testimony?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1368416/posts
I think CNN got nervous about what Dr. Sanjay Gupta said about organ donations and Terris case, and CNN purposely removed what Dr. Gupta said.
"Terri's mom and dad before the memorial service. The U.S. put them through hell."
UNBELIEVABLE that this has happened in our country.
UNBELIEVABLE that our country has murdered 44 million pre-born children.
Maybe when I reach retirement age, I'll move to Costa Rica, a very moral country, with nice warm weather.
Terri ping to 659! If anyone would like to be added to or removed from my Terri ping list, please let me know by FReepmail!
Too bad the Vatican can't announce that Lynch no longer speaks for them.
Good News! Thanks for the link!
I believe we are allowed to post all of WorldNetDaily articles.
'Grandma' airlifted to medical center
'Receiving IV fluids, nourishment,' says nephew who credits WND, bloggers, 'Terri's friends'

Mae Magouirk, the 81-year-old Georgia widow over whose medical care a family tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo case has been raging, has been transported from the hospice in LaGrange, Ga., to the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center, according to her nephew, where "she is receiving food, fluids, cardiac care and neurological help."
This morning, Magourik's nephew Ken Mullinax, who had been fighting to have his aunt removed from Hospice-LaGrange in LaGrange, Ga., where, he said, she had not been properly fed or hydrated, contacted WorldNetDaily with this phone message:
Because of your articles and all of the friends of Terri, my Aunt Mae Magouirk is now in the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center and is receiving food, fluids, cardiac care and neurological help. We are overjoyed.
Praise be the name of the Lord, praise be all of the friends of Terri Schindler [Schiavo]. We could never have mobilized public sentiment and pressure on these people in LaGrange, Ga. at Hospice, the LaGrange, Ga., doctors or the probate judge unless the friends of Terri and the wonderful media of WorldNetDaily.com had become involved. Thank you all.
Under the terms of an April 4 court order, Magouirk's medical treatment was to be decided by three cardiologists tasked with deciding what treatment would be best and where it should take place.
Pending that decision, Mullinax, 45, has contended that his aunt had been without substantial food or hydration for 10 days at the hospice.
Thank you for posting the link!
They were so close to saving Terri.
It was such an emotional roller coaster for all of us.
I can only begin to imagine how her family must have felt.

Very well written piece on why the judges in Terri's case must be impeached.
Come on over yall!

website doesn't work! Do you have another?

I signed up just now. Fv
The gathering's hero was House majority leader Tom DeLay of Texas, now under fire on ethics charges. DeLay, who has called for retribution against judges in the Schiavo case, said Congress should ''reassert [its] constitutional authority over our courts."
''The failure to a great degree is Congress," he said in a video he taped because he was attending the pope's funeral. ''
This era of constitutional cowardice must end." Tom Delay
Excellent article!!!
Ever since Michael Schiavo appeared on Larry King Live, October of 2003, and used the *I woke up at 4:30AM* time frame, I thought the MONSTER would be stopped. As Scoop pointed out in her article, the police/paramedics, were not called until 5:40AM. Their arrival time was 6:10AM.
Just using the M. Schiavo time of 4:30AM, there's a laspe of response time of 1 1/2 hours. The admitting hospital refers to a *stiff neck*, too. Unbelieveable that this case was never investigated as a possible homicide.
If I were the Judge, someone would be sitting in Prison for a crime right now. Instead, we have an abusive husband who got the Court System to do his dirty work for him.
Thank God, Terri has The Empire Journal to speak for her.

Please ping your list to THIS post. (The earlier post quoting from The Empire Journal was removed because of copyright issues -- I tried to post from the EJ once and FR automatically disallowed, stating that we were threatened by a copyright violation suit by them)
Posting from the Empire Journal is not allowed, because of copyright issues, but I highly recommend going to their main home page:

and reading this article, the 3rd from the top: "You Be The Judge: Was Terri Schindler- Schiavo A Strangulation Victim?"
AND, VERY IMPORTANT: read the police report, to which there is a link in the article.
The police report says, that the policeman stayed at the hospital until Terri was given a CT scan, which was NORMAL.
Also note, that the paramedics found Terri FACE DOWN halfway between the bathroom and hallway.
Some questions being raised in my mind:
Wouldn't any reasonable person, upon finding his wife fallen face down, turn her over and try to revive her, then call the paramedics, instead of letting her lie there face down for an extended period of time?
Also -- the police report states that there was not trauma observable to her face and head -- now if she falls, because she lost consciousness, she would not be able to protect her face, and it would have shown signs of being injured in the fall, wouldn't it? Or if she tried to catch herself, there would have been some injury to her hands.
Another interesting thing in the police report: the policeman observed several bottles of medications in the kitchen, only two being prescribed for Terri. Remember, we are talking about two young people here -- what were the other prescriptions?
Remember that Bible verse about good being called evil and evil being called good. I think that's what Bishop Lynch is engaged in.
The Franciscan Brothers were amazing.
