Freeper friends, Terri's Memorial Service is this coming Tuesday night in Gulfport, Florida. Please check and see if www.baynews9.com will carry it on the internet.
I'm still sad and in disbelief that the rescue fell apart. It was on it's way. We were waiting there for ambulances but instead two Sheriff's cruisers arrived.
There's much work to do. There are many work groups here carrying on for Terri.
The April Daily Thread as before will be a meeting place, a news digest and even in the midst of sorrow, a place to make friends.
I want to thank everyone who did everything humanly possible for Terri and her family. Terri's safe now from a room with the blinds closed, strange people and armed guards. She'd still be here if it wasn't for judicial despots who it appears have never read the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. or Florida Constitution.
Freepers, Republicans and Democrats alike voted against Terri or didn't do enough to save her from Judge Greer.
I'd like to thank Ralph Nader, David Boies, Joe Lieberman and Wesley Smith, Phd, author of Forced Exit.
I have disdain for the Naughty Nine Republicans in the Florida Senate who vote "No" which barred Terri from legislative relief. The GOP House Members who voted "No" on Terri, shame on them too.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE AGENDA AND WHO IS IN CHARGE? I'm afraid that Judge George Greer is in charge - of everything.
PLEASE HELP FLORIDA... CALL YOUR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN.
HELP US. We feel stranded by tyranny today, but Florida is ripe for change. We will demand it together as Americans.
Thanks, FV
For an interesting read put Focus on the Strategy in the FR search window. Denver Bible Church ran an ad in the Colorado Springs Gazette
about Dr. Dobson's strategy on Republican judges, many of which voted
against Terri.
That one deserved a ping! 8^)
Ya never know, this case might be under investigated right now by a special prosecutor and we don't know about it. We must continue to push for it, but I would be happy to know if it was under investigation right now.
SEE, that statement for Sean has given me hope that justice is in the process of being done for Terri behind the scenes and we just haven't seen it yet and don't know about! Man, I love Sean!!!!!!!
The Schindlers are a wonderful family. Terri was lucky to have them. I love how they didn't go into bashing our leaders, but yet said simple kind words like dissapointed. I have said worse and it humble's me to hear them say such words with a loving Christian heart. God Forgive me for the things I have said and thought. Help me to be more like the Schindler's. What grace they presented in the interview with Sean. It has truly touched me.
Worse than that is that Judge Greer shows again what a puppet he is. Why isn't the so highly esteemed, poor little mistreated and misjudged, the honorable and worthy of praise Judge George W. Greer enforcing the court order on Micheal to inform Terri's parents where her remains are located? He is true to form as he didn't force Michael to comply with keeping Terri's family abreast of her medical condition.
How on God's green earth is it possible nearly 6 weeks after Terri's poor body was cremated, that her family STILL does NOT know where she is buried...?
I so agree about the "esteemed" Greer being the heart and soul of this atrocity against Terri and the Schindlers. Of course I wish Schiavo to be exposed for what he has done and what he is; however, imagine the system of justice under the likes of Greer, and the other judges who rubberstamped him, and the corruption in Pinellas County, could be such that such that this atrocity could happen under color of the so-called LAW. This is where all of us are endangered. There have always been bad guys like Schiavo. The LAW was supposed to deal with them, not kill their victims in the name of LAW.

Michael is a cruel and revengeful man.
I thought the law stated that he HAD to reveal where the remains are. How do they continuously get away with breaking the law?
GOD BLESS Terri and her Family and may Justice be done to her Murderers. The interview with Sean was heartbreaking, but powerful and excellent. It was a blessing not to have Colmes jumping in with his ridiculous drivel. Great News that Mark Fuhrman is writing a book on the Murder of Innocent Terri.
Love it.. let us know when complete.
I believe it was ordered by Greer. Which means Greer could choose to enforce it or not, couldn't he? It is not a "law on the books", but just like all aspect of the case, it is the law according to Greer. Also, I read on another thread that Mikey has not admitted that he has even done anything yet with her ashes, and that Greer's order set no time frame on this mandate to reveal. Just paraphrasing from that thread, and I don't know if it's accurate, but it would be just like Greer to leave a loophole the size of an Abrams tank for Schiavo to use against the Schindlers. Greer appears to detest the Schindlers. And they are such lovely people!
Exactly! Cause Judge Greer isn't going to make Michael tell them where he buried her! He is one sick freak!
Any of you Texas Freepers going to see Sean in June here in Dallas besides me? I am going, but no one to go with at this point.
Has Judge Greer been notified via the courts and a filing from the Schindlers of this charge?
I don't believe that judges are in the habit of issuing orders and then personally following up to make sure they are followed. It is up to the aggrieved party to file their complaint in order for him to act.
Good Grief!
You will never believe THIS!

Pro-Choice Ads on Nickelodeon
In the culturally-conservative town of Grand Rapids pro-choice groups don't make the largest impression. West Michiganders aren't prone to buy the "no one knows when life begins" line or fall in love with the vague assertion "women have the right to choose." We're more likely to point to the scientific evidence regarding the beginning of human life and ask what exactly do woman have a right to "choose."
Much to my chagrin, I have been informed that Grand Rapids' patchwork pro-choice group has been reaching out to a new group of possible pro-choice advocates. They've been airing ads in the Grand Rapids television market for a couple of years - mostly on pro-choice friendly cable stations like Oxygen, E!, MTV, and VH1 - but now they've moved into marketing their message towards different viewers. Kids!! Friends of mine have seen their ads on Nickelodeon and the Cartoon Network. I guess if you can't convince adults, start the mythmaking with the young.
READ IT ALL!
and then GO HERE to tell Nickelodeon what you think about their propaganda to our children!

THis is what I told them!
I am a mother of 3. My two youngest daughters love watching your station, but we will not be allowing your station to be viewed in our home anymore. We will also be throwing away all the Dora and Spongebob, etc toys.
We will also be informing all we know about your new advertising.

This includes our church and Sunday School classes. This includes other pro-life organizations and other bloggers. I am OUTRAGED that you would allow such things. I thought you were the ONE channel safe for my home and my children.
It seems our children are unable to be children ANYWHERE anymore. They are political targets. YOUR politics rearing their ugly head have left me FURIOUS!
I never believed the stupid claims that Spongebob was "gay"- and I still don't. I was a staunch voice to other parents on your behalf. Now I get to go tell them- no worries about Spongebob- now the worries are teaching toddlers about abortion! GOOD GRIEF!
THIS is the WORST derelict of responsibility to children I have EVER SEEN!
Sincerely
I honestly do not think that Terri's family would not ask the court to force Michael to tell them where terri is buried. I'm sure that Terri's family's lawyer has already on top of this even though I'm sure Greer has not issued any order and doesn't care now than Terri is gone.
{repeat}
I'm going to start work on "tub of lard" next.
Do you like it?
