You were partially correct.

There is no PROOF of bulimia on indications. ....noted in the discharge papers the weight loss and continuation of keeping off by consuming copious amounts of liquids....perhaps sweetened tea?

The high glucose could be from IV's started, could be from a degradation of internal organs from extreme dieting...and there are other lab indices that are off ...the bin? There is associative data that glucose levels rise after the administering of CPR.

He didn't become a student nurse until AFTER she entered the hospital. Previous to that he managed a McDonalds.

The nurses have been largely discredited.

The discharge plainly states she didn't have a myocardial infarction (heart attack). It was cardiac arrest which is different. If you don't know the difference you may want to look it up least you look ignorant.

There is testimony by other doctors there were no bone fractures and even Dr. Walker who brought them up becomes unsure on cross examination and didn't sign the report...he didn't know who did.

The family attorney's did have and knew about the bone scan as shown in court testimony.

Possibly the resident wrote the bone scan report.

The nurses have not been discredited, but were fired for taking care of Terri, which raises their believability.

I want to see the original films and bone scan.
The sealed records would go far, too.

So who discredited the nurses?

Radiologists dictate dozens of reports all day. It is not unusual for them to not be signed. And they do not remember every report. The lawyer was trying to make him look bad, an old lawyer trick. And no doc will comment on an opinion of another doc with a different speciality.

You are right about MS, he was not in nursing or anything related when terri collapsed. Actually I read in the two years they were in Florida he had five jobs, most short, most because of his shortcomings.

He has a psychiatrist, Dr. Kaplan, and was on four psychotropics. Nobody has ever known about that. And he while his custody of Terri was challenged, should have had those records made available. If custody and allegations of abuse of a ward are made, confidentiality is out the door.

Let's see that court testimony about the bone scan...I could FIND IT NOWHERE in the malpractice suit...as near as I can tell...IT WAS NOT BROUGHT UP!

Michael was trying to get MONEY for her collapse...how did he manage to keep that BONE SCAN REPORT out of the suit?
