Terri Schiavo Cremated Amid Family Feud

TAMPA, Fla. Terri Schiavo's body was cremated Saturday as disagreements continued between her husband and her parents, who were unable to have their own independent expert observe her autopsy.
The cremation was carried out according to a court order issued Tuesday establishing that Michael Schiavo () had the right to make such decisions, said his lawyer, George Felos. He said plans for burying her ashes in Pennsylvania, where she grew up, had not yet been completed.
Terri Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, had wanted to bury their daughter in Pinellas County so they could visit her grave.
Terri Schiavo, 41, died Thursday after the removal of the feeding tube that had kept her alive since 1990, when she suffered brain damage that court-appointed doctors determined had placed her in a persistent vegetative state (). Her parents had fought in court to keep her alive, disputing the doctors' opinions and saying there was hope of improvement.
"Buy the latest issue of People magazine. She was quite hefty at her high school graduation in 1981. I've read that she was "250" and "over 200 lbs." back then and I'd believe it, based on those pictures."

The process for those under a doctors care and those where the circumstances aren't fully known are different.

One low potassium does not make a person a bulimic. And women lose weight all the time to look better and they are not bulimics in the usual cases. She may have been but there is no proof. I think they used this as a way to sue her gyn,,saying the gyn should have known it. That was the only way MS could sue.
One can see a Judge ordering a feeding being withdrawed, but in this case he also ordered that NO BODY was to attempt to feed her orally either. It was murder.
So was Terri.
For starters I'd like to see him marry his mistress only to have her divorce him and take any money he got/gets from the death of Terri, leaving him destitute.

I saw MS interviewed saying he did not know terri had bulimia and I saw the quote on a deposition.

(What does bulimia have to do with it? How about MS was insane for marrying a person with such obvious mental disorder and should be disqualified from guardianship.)

I know what you are going through. My grandaughters were 6 and 18 monthes. I am so sorry for your loss.
So who discredited the nurses?
Radiologists dictate dozens of reports all day. It is not unusual for them to not be signed. And they do not remember every report. The lawyer was trying to make him look bad, an old lawyer trick. And no doc will comment on an opinion of another doc with a different speciality.
You are right about MS, he was not in nursing or anything related when terri collapsed. Actually I read in the two years they were in Florida he had five jobs, most short, most because of his shortcomings.
He has a psychiatrist, Dr. Kaplan, and was on four psychotropics. Nobody has ever known about that. And he while his custody of Terri was challenged, should have had those records made available. If custody and allegations of abuse of a ward are made, confidentiality is out the door.
I could just cuss and cuss and cuss I'm so mad. It was murder.
