THIS PART OF YOUR COMMENT JUST SORT OF LEAPS OUT OF THE PAGE AND HITS ONE RIGHT IN THE FACE:
* Testified before Judge Greer that Terri Schiavo was not PVS and
was aware of her surroundings.
* Greer had asked Gambone to do an evaluation, but rejected his
findings.
* Gambone reportedly worked for George Felos at Woodside Hospice.
* Current president, Florida Medical Directors Association.
Bump!
Thinking to self; what a smart fellow Gambone was not to sign the admittance form.
Right, this hospice should be investigated for admitting non-terminal patients. Think of patients that are homeless or have uncaring family. I don't know whether the answer is laws or not but obviously we need some protections for helpless patients.
Dr. Victor Gambone, Terri Schiavo's treating physician for several years, who agreed with the diagnosis that she was in a persistent vegetative state:
"Her brain studies and brain wave tests showed that she has a brain which is predominantly replaced by spinal fluid.
"I used my voice to see if I could get a response. I used my hand to put over her eyes to see if there was a response to vision or visual threats. These were some of the things that I did to determine if there was a response. I also discussed with the caregivers who work with her day in, day out . . . and no one felt they were able to have any response from her as far as an appreciation of her environment."
There was an article in the Tampa Tribune last weekend that detailed how the Church of Scientology is buying up huge areas of property in Clearwater including large Condo's. This can be a problem if it leads to political influence.
Aunt Mollie's story almost had me in tears....
'Helpless patient' is exactly what 'they' thought they had, with MS as guardian, no one in this criminal racket took into account how much and how hard Terri's parents would fight to keep her alive, or Terri's own will to live!
I do not know where in the hell you get your tinfoil info from. Charlie Crist is the Attorney General, and he is known as chain gang Charlie for his stance on Law and Order. I have known him personally as I did Bob Butterworth the previous AG. Stop spewing this venom of nonsense it makes everything else you say totally unbelievable.
Obviously Gambone wasn't himself convinced of his own diagnosis, or he would have signed the admission form accordingly.
So with you knowledge, why would he let this little-Auschwitz operate year after year?
Florida Statute 765.309 which prevents mercy killing and assisted suicide - they have ignored it.
Florida Statute 744.3215 which requires that incapacitated people cannot be deprived of food and water - they have ignored it.
Florida Statute 765.404, which says that clear and convincing evidence of the ward's intent for medical treatment must be established - they have ignored it.
BTW< samantha, you may not like it, but as it stands now, I will also boycott Florida and NEVER allow
any professional meeting that I control to go there.
We can't afford to have even one (1) of our colleagues tortured and murdered.
You look like you and other freepers have done a lot of background on this. This is excellent info and will open eyes all over the State if people take the time to read it. I have been telling all my friends and anyone that will listen to log on to this site to get the right info. I usually start off with telling them a few horrible little tidbits about the MS,Felos,Greer unholy trio. I leave them asking for a lot more info, and I just tell them to look it up themselves, I do not have the time to enlighten everyone.

Was Van Sustern the urinalist that resided across from Rock Creek Park in DC about a hundred yards from where Chandra Levy was dumped? Or perhaps I'm mixing her up with another news dork.
Sure. Broken legs happen from CPR all the time.
Right.
The first thing that was mentioned was the ribs. As I said, I couldn't cut through the jargon to know exactly what happened to the legs. Are they hairline fractures? Fully broken bones? Shin splints? I have no idea.
Yes, I saw the "re-write" of diagnosis immediately.
The other changes (address in upper right, etc.) were lined-through. Like legitimate changes are supposed to be.
The way this case has developed, and continues to develop brings to mind an ugly metaphor: This isn't just injustice. It is a political rape of the poor Schindlers.
Between Michael Schiavo, the courts, and now the coroner, they are being slapped down in every possible way.
However, if we play this right, it can be to our advantage. In the case of the exclusion of Dr. Wecht, for example, it will undermine the credibility of the autopsy, which I suspect will be wholly favorable to Michael's various claims.
I believe we will see this happen in the near future. i will notify my Congresscritter Mark Foley Monday, and will also contact Senator Martinez. I will be with lots of GOP women tomorrow at our Republican Women's Club fundraiser for Scholarships and I will put the bite on everyone I can to get cracking on this by calling every single Representative we can. It may spoil a bit of our day but this is all out war.
