Schindler Coroner Nixed from Terri Autopsy
NewsMax ^ | 4/1/05 | Carl Limbacher

Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, the well-known forensic pathologist and coroner of Allegheny County, Pa., told listeners of a morning radio show that he was denied permission to observe Terri Schiavo's autopsy, despite the wishes of her parents.

A medical examiner in Pinellas County, Florida, is conducting an autopsy that could help determine what Schiavo's state of consciousness was and whether she was abused by her husband, as the Schindlers allege. Wecht, appearing on the syndicated America's Morning Show with Quinn and Rose, based in Pittsburgh, said that an investigator working for the Schindler's law firm had called him on Thursday to see whether he would be agreeable to observing the autopsy.

Dr. Wecht told Quinn and Rose he was certainly be agreeable to that, but that several hours later he received word that the medical examiner had declined to give him permission.

Dr. Wecht told the morning hosts that he considered this a mistake, according to Rose Somma Tennent. "He said that, if this were in [his] office, [he] would have said sure - not just because of professional courtesy, but because of the controversy sourrounding this case," Somma Tennet said.

Calls made during the show to the medical examiner's office were not returned.

The results from the autopsy are expected in a few weeks.

That is exactly what Dr. Spitz said must take place. He said the spinal column must also be immersed in the solution for two weeks until it hardens also.

Baden thought any examination of bones at this stage would be inconclusive as to whether there were intentional injuries.

The other night Baden did say this: It would still be possible after 15 years to see if she had had a subdural hematoma, as some think she had.

[I don't think we'll get an honest result though from what's being done now.]

Ever wonder why Greta Van Sustern and her pig of a husband (big Scientologists) are always so negative on the Schiavo case? I wouldn't watch her show if somebody paid me. They also own a home in clearwater. Oh what a surprise.

That's right, NO dr. signature.

I just can't believe how all this just keeps flying under the radar.

Is there no justice in this world for Terri?

http://www.libertytothecaptives.net (snip)

Scientologists believe (1) that a disabled person is in such a state due to his or her own failings, (2) the disabled person will deliberately move in the direction of death, and (3) disabled people (Individuals who score low on the emotional tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. (See L. Ron Hubbard's book, Self Analysis, chapter 4)

Scientology teaches that if a person is disabled it is his or her fault. Terri has been falsely represented as being disabled due to self-induced vomiting which supposedly caused a potassium imbalance that resulted in a cardiac arrest. Medical records have disproved these claims, but these "facts" were presented in the court record and are still being promulgated via the media today. The truth is that Terri suffered serious injuries, (including a head and neck injury and numerous broken bones). An exceptionally competent neurologist testified (that Michael Schiavo's attorneys predictably attempted to discredit) stated that Terri's injuries are consistent with strangulation:

Dr. William Hammesfahr, Nobel prize nominee and neurologist, testified that Terri's neck injuries are consistent with only one type of injury: that of strangulation.

(Quote source: State-Funded Agency to Probe Claim of Spousal Abuse in Terri Schiavo Case)

The only person in the apartment with Terri at the time of her collapse was her husband, Michael Schiavo.

Scientology teaches that a disabled person will move in the direction of death. Terri has been illegally denied therapy for over ten years for the purpose of causing her abilities and health to deteriorate. She has also been placed in hospice facilities—and denied any stimulation— rather than in a nursing home. This was done to create the illusion that Terri is moving in the direction of death. According to L. Ron Hubbard's doctrines, a disabled person wants to die. Michael Schiavo never misses an opportunity to state that death is "Terri's wish." This is not true. Terri wants to live so much that she exerts tremendous effort to demonstrate her abilities.

Scientology teaches that disabled persons (Individuals who score low on the tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. Michael is so worried that Terri will bring "death" to him (accusations of attempted murder?) that he refuses to allow her to have speech therapy—or any therapy. Of course Michael's power to keep Terri in a state of disability is contingent upon Judge Greer's continued collusion with the Scientology agenda, which is not in accordance with Florida laws.

The Clearwater Bar Association: Cozy with Scientology

Mike Faehner, who was president-elect of the Clearwater Bar Association in 2001, endorsed the Johnson Blakely Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns PA. firm:

"In the legal community, they have a good reputation," said Mike Faehner, president-elect of the Clearwater Bar Association. "They do quite a bit of legal educational outreach. They're a solid law firm."

(Quote source: Clearwater firm breaks from standing tradition)

This firm brings in a lot of money by litigating for the "Church" of Scientology:

Their clients include parents involved in a baby swap, a woman who was not allowed to dress after she was arrested for skinny-dipping, the controversial Church of Scientology and developers who have changed the landscape of Clearwater.

(Quote source: Clearwater firm breaks from standing tradition) [bold emphasis added]

Here is an old picture of Judge Greer with attorneys who have litigated for Scientology. Wally Pope is one of them:

Left to right: Chief Judge David A. Demers, Tim Johnson, Probate Judge George Greer, John Blakely, Bruce Bokor, and then Wally Pope. Wally Pope was (at times) listed as Scientology's lead counsel in various parts of the Lisa McPherson-related cases. Blakely and Bokor are or were both partners in the law firm Johnson, Pope, Bokor,
Ruppel, & Burns, which often represents Scientology.

It is probable that Scientology attorneys are on the board and/or are officers of the Clearwater Bar Association! Mike Faehner said:

Many Johnson Blakely lawyers have been board members or officers in the association. The firm also sponsors bar activities, he said.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the Clearwater Bar Association is on cozy terms with the "Church" of Scientology. They choose to have their monthly meetings at the Fort Harrison Hotel—Scientology headquarters. (See: Res Ipsa Loquitur) The Clearwater bar gladly endorses firms that litigate for Scientology. They even chose a Scientology attorney to present an award to Judge Greer for "passing the test" in the way he handled the Terri Schiavo case.

Scientology has long reaching arms, and to assume that they have no control over Pinellas park is ludicrous to say the least. For those not in the know try going to the florida government website and do a search for Scientology owned property. Big eye opener, quite a few pieces in good ole Pinellas Park also.

To say nothing of the Politicians/LEO's/Law Firms in Pinellas park who have direct links to Scientology.Google or yahoo whichever is your preference, do a search for Pinellas Park Scientology. As I said Scientology has very long arms in FLA.

It's from 1991. The autopsy will show nothing new. I couldn't read the medical jargon, so I don't know how bad the healed fractures were and some may have come from CPR.

"Is there no justice in this world for Terri?"

I'm an Australian and if this happened here, there would be calls for a Royal Commission by the government. I daresay your equal in the US might be a Congressional investigation?

The fix is in. The entire Pinellas County government needs to be investigated under the RICO Act.

Although I have relatives who are docs, I'm not in the medical field, so other than the obvious that bone was compressed, I couldn't answer in more technical terms than that. This was posted above:

Well, Tom Delay has remarked along those lines, I believe.

Maybe I'm incorrect about that, but I do think Delay is not going to let this go.

Probably filled out some standard form where some data entry person typed in what they saw. Maybe there was some scribbling involved. Or maybe it's information compiled from multiple databases.

I wish you people would stop your nonsense about boycotting Florida because that Pr--- MS murdered his wife and he is from Florida. The dirty SOB is from PA originally. The citrus industry is having enough problems without hearing that garbage from people that do not know what they are talking about. I have been a Floridian for almost 37 years and the worst part is Dade/Broward/Palm Beach counties. The state is divided in about 6 different ways, and each area is different politically, ethnically, climate, geography and people. Stop lumping all florida together,it is as diverse as America itself, and most areas are fairly conservative. The Citrus grove owners,Farmers,Ranchers,Fisherman in Central Florida are either blue dog dems or Republicans. Do you want me to start talking about how Quebec'rs hate all other Canadians and are nasty cheapskates that would not tip if you threatened them with an RPG? I could tell you nasty true stories about Canadians from each Province that give all the others a bad name. Believe me you do not want to open up that can of worms.

Problem is, how does anyone know some tissues from another pickled jar are not substituted for Terri's. That is why some disinterested party should be observing this to dispel the already suspicious circumstances of this case. Doesn't have to be Cyril but someone, perhaps from another state.
