We need a new Schindlers List of judges who must be removed from the bench."

Excellent idea:

Is your soul diminished by the earthly presence of the infirm, the disabled, the elderly, the frail, the mentally retarded, the bald terminally-ill cancer kid, etc.?

"I wouldn't want to live like that" is the new critera for when human life should end.

Did I say "should"? I meant "must".

He is really a whack job. He really seems to get off on the dying process. I mean why would he need to be there all night long? How many lawyers honestly stay that long with their clients?

He is spinning unbelievably.

The "angry accounts" of "alledged denial of the family to be with Terry at her end".....

omg, I hope the Church goes after these evil people. He's attacking the priest again - blaming it on the family that they couldn't be cooperative.

Good for the reporter asking Felos how do you square that Terry died with "dignity" because she STARVED to death...how is that death with dignity.

Haha...even the reporters are calling him on his press conference and calling it "SPIN"....

Horrible man, I hope these people are haunted the rest of their days

Perception is everything. It was perceived as malice, much like in this instance.

May God give Terri's family the strength and comfort that ALL of us need. Rest In Peace, Terri. (Kiss Mom for me in heaven please).

Michael should be investigated and charged with murder.

If anyone doubted his sincerity(sarcasm) before this last act of his, about denying her family to be with her at her death is absolutely among his other cruelties.

And this guy is a NURSE!? God help those he should care for. No wonder he works at a jail, they only hire those that can't get a job at a REAL medical facility.

Felos is really sticking it to the Schindlers. Emphasizing how many people were allowed to be with Terri, but not the family. This man has no soul.

You are so right. Then the last stab at Terri's parents is to have her cremated and her remains taken to PA. How heartless and cruel Michael Shiavo is. I predict we will hear of Michael in the news in the future. Once an abuser, always an abuser.

"I wish it were that simple, but this judge followed the law "

That is NOT TRUE!!!! This judge could have ruled in many different ways and still had been WITHIN the LAW.

It is not true that the LAW required this decision.

I love that someone had guts to ask slimeball-felos how he could starve someone to death. Lets see him spin this.......

Now he says ms loved Terri deeply. That's a pile...

he proves it yet again today. .....

bobby -- bless him, protective brother of his sister to the very end. God bless Bobby -- and the Schindlers -- and give them peace.

felos -- dealing w/much more than imm. issues -- talking against bobby and fr pavone STILL -- he talks about healing, but is throwing gasoline on this fire.

The Florida state lege is guilty of failing to correct that.
Change the rules in favor of life, how hard would that have been?

Never in my life have I witnessed so many follow someone so transparently evil.

But then again, I didn't live through that period in the middle of the 20th Century that we're not allowed to discuss without being accused of hyperbole.

True, but you made my point - his ruling was, however sadly, within the law.

In this case, judicial activism isn't the problem - it is the actual law itself that is the problem...
