Terri's only crime was being handicap and for this she was denied food and water and her loves ones were made to stand helplessly while she was put to a slow and agonizing death. This is the truth, spin it, do whatever you have to do to ease your conscience but do not expect the rest of us to follow suit.

I came close to getting thrown out of the required Case Law course for Bus Adm Seniors, my senior year in college.

I asked the professor to show me where in the Constitution, case law became was becoming more of the law in the state and the nation. That was in the fall of 1959.

I wish it were that simple, but this judge followed the law - a bad law passed by a bunch of legislators who, apparently, couldn't be bothered to read the damn law before they passed it. FOr once a judge actually rules on the law as the law is written - not interpreted or twisted or ignored - and he gets crucified.

I blame the people who passed this crappy bad law that allowed this to happen in the first place.

I've been at odds with others on Free Republic about this case from the get go but I was simply STUNNED that in the last moments of her life Michael Schiavo wouldn't let Bobby Schinlder nor the parents stay in the room, too.

George Felos is STILL LYING... This is the longest press conference he's ever held on Fox News.

The Schindlers are having a press conference at 4 or 4:30 pm on Fox News. That's the one I'm waiting to see. I was down at Hospice for awhile this morning. There's a lot of crying and a lot of people who feel betrayed.

I called the Fla House Judiciary Committee to tell them that Terri had passed and asked that the least they could do was pray for Terri and her family when they convene. Said they would. FV

(I also reminded them that we are demanding the impeachment of Judge Greer).
