I wish it were that simple, but this judge followed the law - a bad law passed by a bunch of legislators who, apparently, couldn't be bothered to read the damn law before they passed it. FOr once a judge actually rules on the law as the law is written - not interpreted or twisted or ignored - and he gets crucified.
I blame the people who passed this crappy bad law that allowed this to happen in the first place.
"I wish it were that simple, but this judge followed the law "
That is NOT TRUE!!!! This judge could have ruled in many different ways and still had been WITHIN the LAW.
It is not true that the LAW required this decision.
"...this judge followed the law - a bad law..."
No arguement on that, but this judge was much too close to the action for too long. An fair and honorable man would've stepped back. Greer the Omnipotant would not.
Crucified? Who lies in a morgue today, Terri or a judge?
The blind as a bat scumbag did not follow the law, he dismissed every point for Terri's survival, and accepted every despicable point that The Felos-MS crime family lawyers brought out.
