Good article here

In the Schiavo case, the Florida judge ignored the subpoena of Congress for Terri Schiavo and the federal courts ignored a law that required them to do a complete fresh review of the case. What we saw was the rule of judges. The rule of law was disregarded.

I am very sad that congress is not going to enforce it's supoena...I bet if Delay can find a way, he will try, though.

So the media tells us what to focus on. Not the VALUE of this dying woman, but necessity of having a written will.

The joke on America is that if judges can diregard the law than they can disregard living wills arbitrarily.
