Amen, Freepertoo. I don't know that I've ever experienced something like this before online ... the united efforts to phone and call and fax till we had no one else to contact, the praying together, the crying together, the singing together, and even disagreeing vehemently at times ;) but all in all united in our love for one of "the least of these," a very precious sister of ours, Terri. And I want to also thank each one of you.
Heavenly Father, even more than ever, we are forced to look to You alone, and You are truly the only One who can still raise Terri from her deathbed.
Whether she's raised from her deathbed here on earth, or to her Home in heaven, we know You are carrying her all the way. Be with her, Lord ... surround her with Your very presence and may she feel Your love and peace enveloping her.
Do the same for her family, Lord, and bless them for their commitment to Terri, and for giving themselves so unselfishly for her. I pray that Terri knows without a doubt their love for her.
We give You all the glory, Lord, because we know that You have a purpose that we cannot possibly comprehend.
In JESUS' NAME, Amen.
Amen. And TO GOD BE GREAT GLORY!!!!!!!!!!
Well said, well spoken. God bless, all.
Amen to your prayer, my friend. This is one of those times when we simply must trust and obey even though we do not understand. Perhaps one day we will. I pray that Terri knows that she is loved by so many and that she has changed the lives of all of us who have been spending time in prayer for her. When she reaches heaven, she will hear the real story of what took place in this nation and in the heavens on her behalf.
