After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
I'm trying, but my brain keeps rejecting it. I'm supposed to be doing paperwork, but I'm thinking that it is important to stick around for news about Terri.
Is discussing meaningful things like cock fighting, Florida's version of a fillibuster???? They are disgusting.

I'm tired! I'm tired of waking up every morning and hearing nothing but bad news for Terri. I just want to hear now she is gone so that she will not suffer anymore. I am going to go lay down for a while. I will be back on later. I'm a bit sad right now.
I've been making the exact same argument fer weeks or months, but the Judiciary has overruled us.

Just as those of us who have followed it for 2+ yrs or more have come to some certain conclusions the general public's perceptions will change as they learn more about it. They will attack whoever they perceive to be to be in the wrong about it. Politicians would do well to remember that public opinion can turn 180 degrees at the drop of a hat.
No updates at this time but it's in Tallahassee.
All we need is the 11th to reverse the district court's decision based on the error made when they ignored the congressional bill...then they will order the tube back in and remand to the district court for a de novo trial. I am not sure however if they will hold a hearing first as to the injunction...if so, that is what we are waiting for....LORD HELP TERRI TO HANG ON!

Yes, I contiue to hear and read the same myths and lies perpetuated, such as "Terri has been in a Persistant Vegetative State for 15 years" blah, blah. She is NOT! If they would take 5 minutes to actually read the description of a PVS, it is so clear that she is not in one!
Some are ignorant, and some are apathetic maybe because they have no hope in their lives (y'know..."eat, drink & be merry, for tomorrow we die.").
