After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.

Laura Ingraham just said that she's not going to stop talking about this, no matter what happens, even if some in her audience want to "move on".
I know Laura has said that her mission is to help stop the judicial tyranny that we're confronted with in this country.
Terri is the worst example of this that I myself can think of. An innocent woman who has fallen victim to the worst judicial tyranny -- this will be pursued for years to come, whatever befalls Terri at this point.
This is truly a dark time in the life of this country. A disabled woman is dying for no reason, and petty politicians sit there talking about everything but her plight.
Jesse Jackson said yesterday, she is being denied food and water, why? We have food and water.
God bless Mary Schindler, and may He bring her the desires of her heart . . .and Bob, Bobby, and Suzanne.
They are such a decent family -- from all I know of them, at a distance as well as in conversations with them on several different occasions, (incl. Jax press conference 2/28), they show themselves to be decent and above board! I pray, I pray, that their honest appeal will be met in kind...please, Lord, soften hearts that til now have been hard! move those with the power to act on Terri's behalf even as You continue to sustain Terri and her family at this time of deepest need!
Someone who voted against it last time has to ask that it be brought up for vote again. Pray that the Lord moves in the heart of at least ONE senator to do so.
I think that the threats against Michael's family are fabricated by them.
I'll keep my mouth shut on that one!

Ok everyone, i haven't really been around this morning, been busy! How is Terri today? Does anyone know? Is she hanging on still? Does anyone know when this Federal court will rule and if anyone really thinks they will rule in Terri's favor? I am so worried! She has gone to long now with our food and water! She needs it now, today!
It's my understanding from other comments that they can only vote on the bill again if one of those who voted no previously brings it up and requests it.
How long have they been reconvened in the senate? I hope someone brings it up!!
I understand, whether you agree with me or not. But, if she really cared, she could have had 1,000 times the impact of Jesse Jackson. Hearts would have been moved and public opinion might have changed. Evil doesn't only prosper when good men do nothing but good women too.
I feel the same way today. Life is to be celebrated and as we fight to defend life from those who don't value it it is good, IMO, to remember and celebrate its blessings with dignity and thanksgiving and the recognition that all of our lives are precious and worthy of good care and that the face of evil should not make us ashamed to feel the joyousness of simply being alive.

I firmly agree that God can use a woman just as much as a man...plenty of examples in the Bible.
