Judge Greer must go. On www.PetitionOnline.com there were 28,267 signatures already to impeach Greer. Today's frontpage article in The Washington Times pointed out some of the outrageous decisions Greer has made in the Schiavo case.
IMHO, there is more involved that Greer possibly being bought off. I believe he is getting a high from this.

The Lord gave me those verses you posted from Ps. 121 earlier today.
I posted this yesterday because the Lord seemed to speak to my heart, concerning this Psalm.

This smallish man (mentally off-a perverted human, fascinated with death and a strong advocate of euthanasia (see his membership in the euthanasia society of America...now renamed something with the word 'caring' in it, you know how the evil always word twist in order to cover up their agenda) and has been active in hospice activities for years.
I would not be surprised to learn that this man, one we know is a death worshiper from his own book (was weird and unsettling to watch Greta Van Susteran question a reporter, last night on her show, who held up Felos's book-the topic of their interview. This reported talked about Felos's claimed experiences of 'soul speaking' with those disable who are unable to verbalize).
Wish the 11th court whatever it is called today WERE all watching THAT INTERVIEW.
At any rate....felos is a very spiritually sick man. It reeks off him....and one cannot help but feel the blackness that has covered this man's thinking.
To learn of his association with the FLORIDA 'PROJECT GRACE', and oh my gosh, TO LEARN that Mary Labyak (the administrator, right now, I walked PAST HER OFFICE in WOODSIDE in January of this year, entered the Hospice through the Chapel side door, of the hospice where Terri has been imprisoned for FIVE YEARS) was ALSO on the 'PROJECT GRACE' project.....
(This group was formed to establish florida's view of end of life procedures.. to advise the Florida State legislature's END-OF-LIFE panel......FELOS was a PART OF PROJECT GRACE...along with a bunch of EUTHANASISTS. Felos and Mary LABYAK worked to INFLUENCE FLORIDA LAW on this issue...and if I read the REPORT RIGHT...Their ENTIRE FOCUS was to get HYDRATION AND FOOD labeled 'EXTRAORDINARY LIFE SUPPORT...artificial...as it were............
DID NOT REQUIRE A VOTE...that"project grace" and the end-of life panel WROTE their advice into the law and it was accepted as valid without debate.
WORSE....FELOS WORKED TO GET THIS LAW WRITTEN WHILE HE WORKED as MICHAEL SCHIAVO's ATTORNEY....
I cannot believe this is legal....just as I cannot believe that Greer is allowed to sit on a bench without taking an oath of office.

Don't you JUST CRINGE when they save give Terri DEATH WITH DIGNITY................and THEN YOU CONSIDER that these SATANIC FREAKS, who are stimulated by the death process...........ARE STARVING someone.....REFUSING WATER TO SOMEONE...........................

THE CASE OF TERRI SCHIAVO
Let us take the example of Terri Schiavo. She is not brain dead nor is she terminally ill. She is brain damaged and remains in what appears to be a persistent vegetative state. All of her bodily functions are essentially normal, but she lacks the ability to "meaningfully" interact with the outside world (although her parents claim that she does minimally respond to their presence and to outside stimuli).
To remove the feeding tube from a patient whose only impairment is cognitive is simply murder.
Her impairment is cognitive and Judaism does not recognize any less of a right to treatment for one cognitively impaired than one mentally astute.
It is a denial of the Jewish ideal of the fundamental value of life that drives the forces that wish to remove Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. While Judaism does recognize quality of life in certain circumstances (such as the incurable terminally ill patient in intractable pain mentioned above), the Torah does not sanction euthanasia in any situation. To remove the feeding tube from a patient whose only impairment is cognitive is simply murder.
We must ask ourselves when we view images of cognitively impaired patients such as Terri Schiavo whether the pain that we feel is Terri's or whether it is our own. While we may suffer watching movies of the severely brain damaged, it is our own thoughts of the horror of a life without cognition that drives us to project that pain onto the victim who may not be suffering at all.
The key to analyzing any situation is to realize that good ethics start with good facts. One must provide the posek (halachic decisor) with an accurate, honest, and thorough assessment of the patient's medical condition. Only then can a halachically valid and ethically proper decision be made.

Yes, just reading that 1999 FL law is terrifying. Certain irreversible nervous disorders? That could be anyone in a wheelchair seems to me. That law says they can off whoever they want if a doctor will do it.

I know this is frivolous, but you know Felos said yesterday that Terri looked peaceful and had a stuffed toy under her arm. Why does a vegetable need a stuffed toy for comfort?
We're going to see our miracle...and Jesus Christ the Lord will receive ALL the glory...when it happens, please let's not forget that the glory is His. There will be a tendency to praise this person and that court and that agency and on and on...but the glory is GOD'S.
If this case has emphasized anything to me it's that the Republican Party is not necessarily America's Great Answer. It is certainly an alternative to the evil of most of what the Democrats stand for (abortion being one of the biggest), but there are just as many cruel and heartless people within the Republican party as there are anywhere else. Look to God for answers...and vote for what's right, be it Republican or otherwise.
