After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Nic, your link is from China.. wow!! China will probably file Human rights violations against this country with the United Nations. I wish someone would charge those monsters with murder for what is being done to Terri and her family.
I'm saddened by all this autopsy talk. Felos and company control those in Clearwater and the autopsy will say exactly what they want it too. I wonder if there is anyone on the planet who is able to stand up to the power structure in Clearwater, Florida. What a frightening time, when you can't tell who is on the side of truth and justice.
The Schindlers better get someone they trust to be involved with the autopsy. Finding someone they trust, will prove to be a huge problem, considering the amount of corruption in this case. Dr Baden is unfortunately is part of the Death Culture, IMO.
I hope the Schindlers find a great Civil Lawyer to file suit against Michael Schiavo and the rest of the ilk, such as the Woodside Hospice. Finding an attorney they can trust will be a huge task.
I can't believe how many times, I repeated myself in this post. Every paragraph speaks about the problem of trust. MSNBC just said Schiavo is bragging(my word) about an autopsy. Since he and Felos are for it, it's already been rigged. They probably have the power to find a brain from someone else which will create a phony result.
Did I read a few posts ago, that the mom of the girlfriend of HINO, was associated with a cremation place??

A guardianship judge should be compassionate whether the ward is Terri Schiavo or Jane Doe. B. demand that an exploratory committee be created regarding the impeachment of George W. Greer, Sixth Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida. (details being withheld at this time to protect the integrity of the process.) C. demand that Guardianship Laws in Florida are revisited In total to protect all Floridians and their families from bad law.

I don't think that the CAT scan is "Terri's" CAT scan... I think Michael bought that CAT scan and passed it off as Terri's...The CAT scan I have seen shows only 20% of an active brain... and anyone with only 20% of it left would not be as responsive as Terri. This is why he never let another CAT scan be done and upon cremation the eveidence that it wasn't hers would be GONE and he is off the hook. Michael is definatly hiding something.
This is terrible what has happened and I am heart broken for Terri and her family. Many prayers being sent.
There are a couple FR threads that talk about the whoredog 'husband' saying he will have an autopsy done.
#1....does anyone REALLY think that will happen? After all, it's already a court order that she's to be cremated immediately upon her death. Probably nothing more than PHONY EMPTY WORDS used by those murderers, to try and lull the protestors.
#2...is there a way to find out NOW WHO would be in charge of an autopsy, IF it is performed? I have a feeling it would be someone who closely resembles the coroner that was in klintler's back pocket.(Downside Legacy)

I have FReeper friends in both camps.
I support Terri, her family, and all those who struggle against these pro-death judges. If the Legislative or Executive branches had said, let's go in and get her because.....hopefully making a good case, I would have supported them utterly. I have prayed, called, written, posted, etc. from here in TX, with time and energy and $ I don't really have, due to being a 24/7 caregiver, all the while knowing others are doing far more.)
But I don't fit in well here, either, it appears, because I can't echo the rhetoric or decisions of others on here, now that it has come down to this. My judgements are my judgements, my rhetoric is mine alone.
Though disagreeing with my beloved Terri's Angels in those ways, I hold them up as deserving of all praise and admiration. I stand in awe of them.

Hi, mommadooo3 -- any cremation request in FL must be investigated to the satisfaction of the ME (may or may not include autopsy!) before s/he can sign off in it.
The ME system in FL is set up to be independent of other agencies, though of course they must work with those other agencies: LE, courts, lawyers (both prosecutors and defenders), judges, funeral homes. The reality varies, but -- even with all the disappointments Terri's family has experienced w/'incest' in PC agencies/officials, the "rule of Terri", and past handling of cases (Lisa McPherson) -- let's see what happens.

The Schiavo murder story has CLEARLY slipped from Number 1 in the news domestically (radio/TV and internet) this morning, to about number 3 or 4.
The American People Have "Changed The Channel". The reporting in the domestic US reflects it.

What I don't understand is why doesn't the Demos go after the Republicans in Florida, like Judge Greer and others.
The Democrats could have used this as a political vehicle to make people think they are the party that cares. However, they have behaved just the opposite. In fact, some have been totally ghouls about the situation.
MSNBC now has a so called expert who agrees with that ghoul Dr Ron Cranford. She doesn't even seem to appear to be human. Her eyes are flat as she LIES ABOUT TERRI'S MEDICAL CONDITION. She says Terri feels no pain. Her brain doesn't function and etc. I loath these people. How dare they repeat the words of a madman Doctor who spent only 45 minutes with Terri. The other doctor who supported Schiavo in court was only with Terri for 30 minutes. Why would Terri respond to a total strangers. Your words about Dr Ron Cranford was all correct. The creep has been on all the networks spewing his lies about Terri.
I feel so helpless listening to these disgusting experts of medicine LIE ABOUT TERRI. How on earth can Terri's family cope with all of this? I feel so bad for them. I can't say enough about how much I admire them. They have had to sit silently and listen to this type of thing in court for years. How awful.
These new bio-ethics doctors must be just like those in Germany who killed the handicapped. They are very scary. Watch their eyes. They have no soul. They don't even blink very often. I know I'm sounding like a nut, but it's true. As I type this, I'm shaking with horror over what is happening in this country.
