Albania stands with U.S. in Iraq
The Washington Times ^ | 03/27/2005 | Fatos Tarifa

The announcement several days ago Albania -- a small country with limited resources -- was sending an additional 50 well-trained troops to Iraq came as a surprise to some observers. But it really should not have surprised anyone. Albania was one of only four countries to send combat troops during the operation "Iraqi Freedom." Albania is probably the most pro-American country on Earth. It showed its support of the United States early, when it initially sent 70 commandos to join the Coalition of the Willing's effort to bring peace, stability and free elections to Iraq.

I notice you post no pictures of Kosovars who've had the crap beaten out of them by Serbs.

I didn’t SEE any such injuries among the “Kosovars”, and the Macedonian medical personnel testified that there were no such injuries:

NO WOUNDED PEOPLE – NO VIOLENCE (Kosovo refugees 1999)

Can you recall seeing any such injuries? Why don't you post pictures of Kosovars that injured by deliberate attack - not counting those injured by NATO bombing (NATO killed 86 in one convoy bombing alone) or mine accidents?

but half a million people generally do not flee by conspiracy

They do flee bombings and areas where there is fighting (KLA vs. Serbs). Did not people run out of Afghanistan when it was bombed?

The KLA ordered people out. The KLA was also after its ethnic Albanian rivals - even Rugova fled to Belgrade. The news initially said Serbs killed him, but then he was shown on Serbian television with Milosevic - made the KLA mad. It helped with the propaganda - the pictures and footage of people streaming out. HOWEVER, seeing those people was NOT believing the propaganda that they were beaten, living in the open, and so on. The people were generally quite clean and so were their clothes. They didn't have any scratches, the children looked healthy, and they weren't requiring hospitalization or surgery when they crossed the borders.

Generally they flee genocidal armies who have committed genocide in the past... like, ahem, in

much like when the Croatian Army and Bosnian Muslim Army attacked the Krajina Serb and Bosnian Serb populace and the Serbs were forced to flee?

if you recall the prior Serbian tactics of withdrawal upon an assault on their forces, nothing of a suprise when they did their counterattack and driving the bad guy/s back (as usual). Even with an air pounding, they were able to drive back the Federation forces...

go home and stay home til you are able to play with grown-ups.

The Krajina Serbs were streaming into the hospitals in Banja Luka with bad injuries. The Croat civilians even were throwing rocks at the refugees. The UN reports did describe the Serbs as having bad injuries and bleeding and the windows to their cars being smashed and broken. The mainstream media purposely ignored their plight.

The "Kosovars" don't have any injuries. Look carefully at the photos of them. Do they physically look any worse than people you see every day?

The Serbs don't get the publicity - save for a few internet stories the sheeple never see.

The photos show the ethnic Albanians leaving Kosovo weren't bruised, scratched nor injured, nor underfed, nor dirty, nor unhealthy. I guess those are the "missing men" in the photo with Hillary Clinton:

You obviously can't find any Albanians who were even 1/10 as injured as the elderly Serb couple has been under NATO and UN protection.

Phoney media hype making things sound worse than they really were to justify the maiming of Serbian children.

Here are some pictures from Bosnia. I think that they probably qualify as more than 1/10 as bad as those that you showed:

War brings personal tragedies. They usually occur on both sides. The Kosovars have committed their share of atrocities. But the attempt to rewrite history to in effect claim that the Serbs were somewhat angelic in their dealings is absurd. I was over there. I saw some of the refugees. I talked to refugees whose family members were killed by the Serbs. To try to whitewash what the Serbs did is a non-starter.

Here are a few links that I hastily found. (I haven’t had a chance to look through them carefully, but perhaps they will help provide some perspective.)

Kosovo Atrocities

KOSOVO HUMANITARIAN SITUATION UPDATE

U-N-H-C-R / KOSOVO REFUGEES

Here are some photos of Kosovo refugees--the lucky ones:

There have been plenty of horrors committed by both sides. In evaluating the conflict, truth is a good thing. Let's not let hatred throw it overboard.

And, lest we forget the title of the article that we are commenting on: ''Albania stands with U.S. in Iraq''

Thank you, Albania.

I don't see any identities among those dead. Serbs were killed by the Croats, local Muslims, and Mujahadeen. The Bosnian Muslims even sell videos of their killing of Serbs, and the Srebrenica Muslim commander was showing video tapes of headless Serbs his men killed in the area to western reporters, including John Pomfret of the Washington post, back in early 1994.

Those bodies may very well be Serbs and may even be some from WWII or earlier. Bodies are usually more preserved than the second photo, if dug up within a few years.

So, those first two photos prove NOTHING, if you don't also give names and autopsy results.

Stella Jatras told me this: “I've met a lady who, along with her husband, was in Bosnia from 1997 to 1998. She was with NATO working with General Shinseki and he was a former LAPD working with the UN. He said that he was sent to investigate mass graves containing the bodies of Bosnian Muslims and Croats and upon each and every investigation, it turned out that the mass graves contained the bodies of Serb soldiers who had been shot in the back of the head. When he protested to his superiors about the inacuracies of the reporting, they told him to shut up.”

And as for you photo of Kosovo refugees: AGAIN, they are UNINJURED and well-fed and clothed. YOU FAILED to prove anything to me.

Show pictures of people who we definitely KNOW are Albanians or Muslims (full names, or DNA evidence, for example) who were injured like that Serb couple. Unidentified bodies in a 3-way civil war, yet implied they are victims of Serbs, and yet giving us not real evidence, is an example of PROPAGANDA and DISHONESTY.

I tried to find the names, but it was difficult. They weren't buried individually. I did find a few names, though. Srebrenica was one.

Have an angelic day.

Then you surely don't want to forget the fact that the folks in Albania want nothing to do with the narco-terrorist thugs that currently run Kosovo.
