After hearing 1egal argument and being duly advised in the premises, the Court ruled that the executive and judjcial branches of government are separate but equal and that the executive branch is not superior in the area of judicial matters.

The ultimate power to rein in any judiciary that is overstepping its bounds on a given issue is a constitutional amendment. Now if such an amendment passes, and judges ignore it, that's when its right to send in the police, national guard, or whomever. But not before.
I signed it the other day, thanks. The link for it is: http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?ijg520 if anyone else is inclined to try and get his ugly a** out. The ones I saw that had signed it were from all over the US, not just here in Fla.
Thanks Malesherbes, thats what I'm hoping will happen. It would tickle me to death. I told my husband tonite, that when she dies, this will not be over. There's been enough stuff brought out that there SHOULD be a complete investigation.
The wobbly knees were worried about the measure's "constitutionality" and given the screaming SCOFLAw that insists that hearsay from enough people is enough to condemn a disabled person to a starvation death, the bill probably would have been futile.
But in re impeachment, a supermajority would have to vote thumbs down on Jeb, in both houses.
Keep looking around here at FR. About an hour ago I was reading that it is the law that a body to be cremated is by law to undergo an autopsy. the first number in that law is 4 and I do remember a 6.
I am one of those outside of FL that signed it.
Correct. This whole tragedy would not have happened if Michael did not condem Terri to death.
John 19:10-11
So Pilate said to him, "Do you not speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you and I have power to crucify you?" Jesus answered (him), "You would have no power over me if it had not been given to you from above. For this reason the one who handed me over to you has the greater sin."
Senior citizens in Florida better take note--they could be next on the "Greer diet." If I lived in Florida, I would be walking door to door to get signatures to boot this corrupt, evil piece of human debris out of office.
Really. Source?
What is Jeb afraid of?
Greer thrown out of his church? I heard this two or three times from Fox News. The last thing I heard was that he was asked to please not attend until this thing blows over. My question is, Will it ever blow over?
Take weight off much quicker than South Beach!! Only one pesky little side effect: death in a week or two.
ok will do. I might be able to find it under our Fla. statutes. Good idea, thanks
"Greer called the Bush bluff and won."
Yes, because that was one of the few things Greer was right about. Geesh!
thanks. Every signature helps. At least I hope it will do some good. The whole country is upset about this, not just Floridians.
oh God, what an awful thought. Luckily I'm not "senior" enough yet. I also live on the east coast, outside of Ft. Lauderdale, Broward Co. Pinellas co. is on the west coast, across Alligator Alley, around Clearwater, south of Tampa.
Really? I have lost ALL respect.
