Kennedy has responsibility in the first instance for cases emanating from the Southern district that is home to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. He referred the Schiavo case to the full nine-member court."

I stand corrected thanks, the entire court rejected the appeal. My opinioun of the court just took a nose dive.

Well, that's what I've been trying to figure out. If Greer really was making such a mess of the case, why would Thomas and Scalia refuse to take it?
