I stand corrected thanks, the entire court rejected the appeal. My opinioun of the court just took a nose dive. Well, that's what I've been trying to figure out. If Greer really was making such a mess of the case, why would Thomas and Scalia refuse to take it?
That is a good question, but remember it would take 4 votes for the case to win the right of appeal. So it could be it only got three or it could be that it didn't get any.
Seems all public officals are hiding in the bomb shelter on this one.
