Read the article in Empire journal cited on p1. 2004 Sherrif Rice hired Michael Shaivo to be nurse at jail. It says Rice and Greer were friends for 30 years' Rice illegally used Sherrif dept equip and personel to endore Greer campaign, and both were on the board of the hospice. This closes the circle on the old boy network imho.
Thank you for posting this -- everything just became crystal clear to me -- Medicare Fraud. If she, the highest profile patient in that hospice, isn't terminal/dying then this hospice already under investigation for medicare fraud is SOL.... and Felos being on the hospice board of directors AND attorney for Schievo would drag him in and cause disbarment.... I knew there was a deeper story there now I understand what is going on -- it's called CYA....
I e-mailed Gov. Bush, but if anyone has a fax, the fax number is 850-921-9077. Faxes are better.
Thank you. Interesting reading.
Bump. One of the cable networks just had Baskin on tonight. How I wish somebody asked him about this contribution.
He'd probably answer that he donates to the campaigns of many judges, but regardless of what answer he'd give, the notoriety of the homeboy network operation would most certainly help smear Greer's image, which is the only thing this case stands upon at its core.
If you want some interesting reading google the following name: LABYAK, MARY.
Ms. Mary is the President of hospice in Largo.
Read post #50 for the six amounts.
I think he will be in office for the next six years, also they said on a website called empirejornal that he wasn't qualified to be on the ballot in 92, 98 and 2004.
If that was a bribe, then Greer can be had cheap.
That's the night that the lights went out in Florida
That's the night that they starved an innocent woman.
Well, don't trust your soul to no Florida Hospice lawyer
'cause the judge in the town's got bloodstains on his hands..."
I hope you're right. I hope they eventually get found out; something really stinks here. It's not just about Terri, is it?
That's good. We are on the same wavelength. A couple days ago I thought of the same tune but didn't have the heart or energy to do it. This has been beyond disturbing to watch a woman die when there may be a real question about her wishes.
How right you are. Lawyers are the biggest problem in this country today.
On May 6, 2004, a Pinellas county court struck down legislation ("Terris Law) passed by the Florida legislature and signed by Governor Jeb Bush, which was designed to halt a previous attempt to starve Terri Schiavo to death.
Let's also pray that the Lord has placed some of His most fervent of followers on the inside...if you know what I mean.
Read and share...
