What is the first right that you have fella? Tell me if you know what it is and then tell me if Terry is being denied that right.
I would presume my first right was to life and liberty, but unfortunatley, there are exceptions, right to die cases everyday....you can point a finger at me, but it will not change the aspects of this case.......yes, Terri is being allowed to die.....some say murdered......my position would be that her hubby should have relinquished quardianship a long time ago......but absent that.......I think I would follow the law.....no matter how disgusting it is
