Man arrested for Michael Schiavo threat

A man has been arrested and charged with offering a $250,000 reward for killing Michael Schiavo.

Richard Alan Meywes was arrested in Fairview, North Carolina by the FBI and the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office.

On March 23, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office forwarded an email to the FBI in Tampa which purportedly offered a $250,000 bounty on "the head of Michael Schiavo." The email placed an additional $50,000 bounty for the elimination of a judge who recently denied a request to intervene in the Schiavo case.

$300,000 sounds like a lot of money, but at MS's age (I assume he's early 40something...) that money would't begin to fund a retirement.

Not to burst your bubble, but it's the guy who offered the reward, not MS that doesn't need the job.

I don't want Michael hurt. Killed. Nothing. Honest to gosh, I don't. People who do what this dude did (the guy who threatened him)...are NOT helping anyone.

God will deal with him in His time, and THAT is a sobering thought.

Would not a fatal heart attack suffered by Michael automatically transfer Terri's guardianship to the parents, at which time they could reverse this death process?

Yep, If Michael drops dead, for any reason, before Terri dies then the parents get custody.

Well, it's bye-bye for Mr. Meywes.

Ya don't get by with threatening a judge.

Speaking of S.P.
Don't you think he's about the most P.O.ed person in the whole county right now?
Michael gets to profit from the killing of his wife while Scott gets the needle!

Has anyone been arrested for threatening to kill Terri yetI understand your sarcasm, but this is something I've really been wondering about.

I can see how the judge could order that the tube be removed since that is considering (incorrectly, I think) extraordinary medical means, but how can anyone legally order withholding food and water by mouth? If she can eat, she's not PVS, if she can't, what's the harm of trying? He ordered this all to be done until she "is dead".

And I could have sworn that Nuremburger established that one can't get away with claiming, "I was just following orders!"

What anyone wants doesn't matter it seems regarding Terri or Micheal. I just think there are so many nuts out there that all should be on guard.

The scumbag Greer at this point would more than likely transfer guardianship to Felos! He is her judge, jury and executioner.

"'Yep. He may become incapacitated in a car wreck and unable to effectively communicate. Then, one of his relatives may tell doctors that Michael never wanted to be in that state..." Your RIGHT. What goes around comes around. Thanks for being there Army Air Corps. I am an Airman too. I was in after General LeMay took us into the U. S. Air Force. We are BROTHERS. God Bless you.

You know. If Michael Shiavo won the Florida Lottery on Saturday...say to the tune of $10 Million.....and then Terri woke up suddenly and asked for water...., I'd bet the whole "She isn't really married" claim would dissappear post haste.

Maybe I shouldn't say this to someones grandma but I hope Michael gets the creeping crotch rot that lasts and lasts and lasts.
