VERY GOOD POINT... DCF is investigating a CRIMINAL matter, and already has jurisdiction. PROBATE judge Greer is WAY out of line and thinks he is God. Greer is moot.

If it happened in whatever jurisdiction he is over...yes. And apparently Terri is in and ha been in that jurisdiction. That's just how I understand it.
