This line from the article you posted answers the earlier question about when DCF would need to go to court if they go in and take custody of Terri. I would think they could have gone in any time after the close of court Wednesday and still had until Monday to explain themselves to the court.

Monsignor Malownowski is forbidden by the order of George Greer from GIVING TERRI HOLY COMMUNION. I heard Monsignor say this in his own words. I'm not Catholic but Monsignor did something else, an option if you will since he is unable to give Terri Holy Communion. EVERYONE HERE IS UNDER THREAT OF ARREST.

I was followed home last night at 6:00 pm est. When I went back to Hospice I walked over to a group of Pinellas Park PD. I told one of the officers with my finger wagging, "You followed me home tonight. Don't ever do it again." The cop said "okay". Time to have little conversations with the police who are creating a PR nightmare for their dept for STICKING WITH GREER AND HOSPICE. They are intimidating, ticketing, harassing the public BECAUSE OF IMPROPER MOTIVATION.

They arrested ten more people since I left last night. THIS IS A POLICE STATE, FREEPERS.

The USSC Court has in their hands a 40 page Brief now from Attorney Gibbs FOR EIGHT HOURS NOW. Justice Kennedy gets to give it a yes or not as to whether they will even consider her parents' appeal that the feeding tube be restored. USSC IS SITTING ON THEIR HANDS NOW. That seems to be the plan. Whichever court gets anything on Terri, TAKE YOUR TIME AND THEN SAY NO WITHOUT COMMENT.

After reading the dirty guardianship tricks it all makes sense. There are many wards and to keep the judges and lawyers honest (what an oxymoron) the guardianship accounts are audited. Greer won't let them do their full job, he restricts what info they can look at.

If Greer can order Gov Bush around we're in dire straits down here.
