The USSC Court has in their hands a 40 page Brief now from Attorney Gibbs FOR EIGHT HOURS NOW. Justice Kennedy gets to give it a yes or not as to whether they will even consider her parents' appeal that the feeding tube be restored. USSC IS SITTING ON THEIR HANDS NOW. That seems to be the plan. Whichever court gets anything on Terri, TAKE YOUR TIME AND THEN SAY NO WITHOUT COMMENT.
I suspect the recent judges know those judges in the past have been wrong but are pulling together to cover themselves. It's always been a rarity for decisions to be overturned. With all the media on this case, they MUST cya.
