Gibbs certainly fought hard and is very committed, he just doesn't have the legal skills. I've been listening to Bois and reading the briefs. The argument put before the District Court judge was weak. He did not do a superb job. It sounds as if this one is better. If it's good enough I'm not sure after listening to Seculov on H&C. Bois gets it. Gibbs and Co. did not. They may now though.

Faith, I love your name. My little 6-month old granddaughter is named Faith. My daughter and her husband named her before she was even born -- the doctors wanted her aborted because my daughter was on Accutane when she was conceived (a very unexpected pregnancy in spite of birth control). They said there was a 30% chance that she would be deformed. But they would never agree to abortion. And she's perfect! People come up to my daughter all the time in stores and tell her how beautiful little Faith is, and that she should be a baby model.

I have a nephew, who I guess you would have to say is a contemporary evangelical believer. He has been saying all day to "Kick Satan in the rear"........his way of saying we need to give satan the boot!!! I was just thinking the same thing. Fair play I guess though because the though "is there anything they won't do to stall until Terri dies?" did cross my mind.

I heard that the family hasn't been allowed to see Terri since this morning. Not sure if that rumor was true.
