That's correct and that's what we are waiting for. Many feel it isn't possible and the talking heads are writing off the effort but I still think it's possible with this hearing.

It appears more and more likely that Jeb and the DCF were doing nothing but playing CYA.
In situations where an adult is possibly in danger of losing their lives, the DCF has the authority to act immediately, with accompanying law enforcement, to remove an adult from the dangerous situation and petition the courts later.
Considering that the judge in this case would possibly be implicated, it made no sense whatsoever to petition the court as if Terri's situation was not an emergency. It makes even less sense to petition the very judge who might be found responsible for her impending demise.
Jeb Bush and the DCF are either stupid or in collusion.

Lord, we feel your comfort and your love! We ask that you show your love and mercy to Terri and her family! We ask that you spare her any pain and misery of what she is going through. We beg you to save her! We only look to You for help, no one else! So we ask YOU for a miracle as YOu are the one that is in total control! You know the future, you know the plans! We know we can understand all your ways Lord, but we ask that You help us to keep our faith in you and not let evilness win in our hearts as it has in other's!
We love God! We praise You! You are Lord! You are our Rapha, our Healer! be Terri's God of Rapha now!
