That's a crock. Michael hired Felos and Bushnell to see to it that he got judicial authorization to kill Terri. Recently, Felos started to pretend that Terri is being killed only because Greer ordered it. But nobody believes Felos; the facts scream differently.

If the vulnerable adult's caregiver or guardian is present, the protective investigator must seek the caregiver's or guardian's consent pursuant to subsection (4) before the vulnerable adult may be removed from the premises, unless the protective investigator suspects that the vulnerable adult's caregiver or guardian has caused the abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
The pertinent part is right there. That's a big 'unless' that gives the DCF the ability to take Terri away from MS. That portion, the suspecting that MS has caused the abuse allows the DCF to remove Terri from him. He has no say if they suspect him.

Sorry for the ramblings. lol -
No problem - I think we're all bleary eyed and fuzzy brained by now - I finally dragged myself off to bed last night after 3:30 - and it's past midnight now.
'think I'm going to get the cat and get to bed - and wake up to the good news that Justice Kennedy decided to make the right decision for Terri's life all by himself, in the interest of time -

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that we can gather around the Throne of Grace yet another time for this mother's child. Sustain her on her bed of anguish, O God ... speak to her in her agony. Refresh her with heavenly dewdrops of mercy ... feed her with the Promises of Your Word ... ease her breathing with the sweet perfume of the Heavenly Host as they tend her. Look with mercy upon her parents in this hour ... encourage their hearts with the prayers of the saints as they cry out to You for their wounded one. Make haste, O God ... make haste to deliver this innocent woman from the grip of the evil ones ... break asunder each and every chain. Release her, O God ... and carry her back to the waiting arms of her loving family. In the Name of Jesus, may it be thus, O Lord, may it be thus, Amen ...

Here's a picture of the boy who got arrested this morning. The mainstream media suppressed the film of the children being arrested but there are still shots that have gone round the world.
A total of ten people got arrested today and I wasn't one of them.

Gosh, I would think starving and withholding water is a sort of abuse since it will lead to her death.
Seems the fact she is being starved and given no water for 6 days is definite abuse.

The department shall, within 24 hours after providing or arranging for emergency removal of the vulnerable adult, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, petition the court for an order authorizing emergency protective services.
With the above stipulation, if they take her Thursday a.m. they have until Monday a.m. to file the petition.
They get Friday, Saturday and Sunday free.

Is Good Friday a legal holiday? Are you saying you think DCF is delaying so that they can then have until Monday to come up with a good report justifying it?

If the vulnerable adults caregiver or guardian is present, the protective investigator must seek the guardians consent before the person may be removed from the premises unless the protective investigator suspects that the vulnerable adults caregiver or guardian has caused the abuse, neglect or exploitation. Remember someone stating earlier that an agent from the DCFS went in to see Terri? Perhaps it was so they could make an eyewitness account for the final report.

see post 240... that includes Greer if he is her guardian also.
The new evidence that claims that Terri may not PVS is what DCF will be acting on.

Since lots of the vehicles are unmarked, there's no way to know if they dropped by but two black cars came through to Hospice and handed a paper to the cops. That was after dark though. NOTHING HAPPENED. I came home. It got chilly tonight.

You're one of those going for the long bank shot, eh? I'm hoping and praying Jeb will come through in the middle of the night with the state police. Good night.

To: brigette
Yeah, I agree. It's the tie-in. If the DCF concludes she is not PVS, then she is a disabled woman in the process of being murdered by her guardians.
