If someone beat her while she was in the hospital and caused an injury to a part of her brain, this would undoubtedly show up in an autopsy.

I believe that if Terri dies, it is imperative to have an autopsy done, in light of this new information.

I am praying my heart out that she does not die.

I could not get through to Governor Jeb Bush's #, so I called 1-850-488-5000 (Governor's Legislative Affairs Office) and said that Governor Bush has to put Terri in protective custody NOW. They said they agreed with me, and are working on it. I told them they better hurry up; this woman is going to die.

Please call the # (1-850-488-5000), AND Governor Jeb Bush, if you can get through, or send a FAX, and tell them to please expedite, a woman is dying. Pro-death Judge Greer ordered police throughout the state not to intervene. Bully!!

We have THREE judicial branches, and they are all equal; they should not let only ONE branch rule.

Here's an e-mail I justed received from RightMarch.com, and if anyone has a fax, that might be an easier way to get through to the Bushes. Fax # listed below. If you can't get through by phone, a fax is better than and e-mail, because papers will pile up.

Forgot, you're not in the legal field....sorry. When someone files a PETITION (the petitioner, the plaintiff)....the other side (the respondent, the defendant) must file an ANSWER. In essence, the Answer usually denies the claims made in the petition. Often an answer contains what is called a CROSS-PETITION.....making contrary claims and/or demands (i.e., "Terri wants to starve to death" [yeah right], and "Don't invade Terri's privacy and liberty" [yeah right]).

I believe that MS has been torturing Terri, literally, for all of these years, not speaking of the deprivation of therapy and visitors, which is in itself too hurtful to go into, but speaking of the injuries noted by nurses, his attitude, the fact that people in various nursing homes and the hospice (where documentation PROVES she was illegally admitted, did not fit the parameters, was and IS not terminally ill) were FIRED when they tried to bring Michael's horrific, satanic actions towards Terri to light.

Some nurses even TOOK RESTRAINING ORDERS OUT AGAINST MICHAEL SHIAVO.

This is astounding.

And goes to his pathology. The medications on his counter, noted and logged by the police at the time of Terri's collapse SHOULD have been front and center evidence that this man was under the influence of psychological counseling.

He went to far...in his effort to control Terri...he destroyed part of her life....as as soon as he got the money, and realized he was shackled to a disable woman, he started living with a concubine, making children, finding a lawyer who would help him get rid of his burden (Terri) before the money to fund the lawyer ran out.

His is a sociopath, imo, and felos knows this...he recognizes a soul mate when he sees one.
