This just in: Greer orders State Police to stop giving traffic tickets in front of his house; Greer Orders DCF not to enforce its laws; Greer orders state police not to stop crimes that they observe today.
He has no authority to tell executive agencies how to react to new situations that are not before him. He can only rule on facts that are presented to him after they have occurred. This has gone beyond ridiculous to absurd.
