Second, Third Nurse Accuse Michael Schiavo
Two additional nurses have filed affidavits in the Terri Schiavo case that corroborate bombshell allegations by nurse Carla Sauer Iyer, who went public on Tuesday with claims that Michael Schiavo had deliberately withheld treatment from his disabled wife.
Heidi Law was a certified nursing assistant at the Palm Garden Convalescent Center in Largo, Fla., where she treated Mrs. Schiavo in 1997.

In an affidavit filed with the court in August 2003, Ms. Law maintained:
"I know that Terri did not receive routine physical therapy or any other kind of therapy. I was personally aware of orders for rehabilitation that were not being carried out. Even though they were ordered, Michael would stop them."
Law continued:
"Michael ordered that Terri receive no rehabilitation or range of motion therapy. I and [another CNA] would give Terri range of motion anyway, but we knew we were endangering our jobs by doing so.
"We usually did this behind closed doors," Law said, because "we were so fearful of being caught ... we were always looking out for Michael, because we knew that, not only would Michael take his anger out on us, but he would take it out more on Terri. We spoke of this many times."
"At least three times during any shift where I took care of Terri, I made sure to give Terri a wet washcloth filled with ice chips, to keep her mouth moistened.
"On three or four occasions I personally fed Terri small mouthfuls of Jello, which she was able to swallow and enjoyed immensely. I did not do it more often only because I was so afraid of being caught by Michael."
Like nurse Iyer, Law suspected that Michael was mistreating Terri, noting in her sworn statement:
"Several times when Michael visited Terri during my shift, he went into her room alone and closed the door. This worried me because I didn’t trust Michael.
"When he left, Terri was very agitated, was extremely tense with tightened fists and sometimes had a cold sweat. She was much less responsive than usual and would just stare out the window, her eyes kind of glassy. ...
"We were convinced that he was abusing her, and probably saying cruel, terrible things to her because she would be so upset when he left."
"The Palm Gardens staff, myself included, were just amazed that a 'Do Not Resuscitate' order had been put on Terri’s chart, considering her age and her obvious cognitive awareness of her surroundings."
Carolyn Johnson, a certified nursing assistant who worked at the Sabal Palms nursing home in Largo, said Terri's mistreatment went back to at least 1993.
"During this assignment I took care of Terri Schiavo several times," Johnson said in her own August 2003 affidavit.
"I learned, as part of my training, that there was a family dispute and that the husband, as guardian, wanted no rehabilitation for Terri. This surprised me, as I did not think a guardian could go against a doctor's orders like that, but I was assured that a guardian could and that this guardian had gone against Terri's doctor's orders."
Johnson recalled: "No one was allowed to just go in and see Terri. Michael had a visitors list. We all knew that we would lose our jobs if we did not do exactly what Michael said to do."
Johnson continued:
"I remember seeing Michael Schiavo only once the entire time I worked at Sabal Palms, but we were all aware that Terri was not to be given any kind of rehabilitative help, per his instructions.
"Once, I wanted to put a cloth in Terri's hand to keep her hand from closing in on itself, but I was not permitted to do this," Johnson said, "as Michael Schiavo considered that to be a form of rehabilitation."
Terri has NO time for this!
I'm growing increasingly worried. Bad news after more bad news.
Why would you assume that the Nurses Affidavits were lies if you had NOT seen them? You made a Judgment without confirmation that they were true or not true. I would have thought that a Lawyer (which my hubby is and who I work with), would have asked to read the Affidavits BEFORE declaring them false.!!
Those Doctors got quite simply, screwed!! Can you imagine what this Judgment did to their Insurance premiums? Terri's bone scan shows a much clearer diagnosis of attempted strangulation (per Michael Baden) and add on to that the MULTIPLE other fractures all over her body that were in varying degrees of healing!! HOW this was NEVER investigated for what it clearly is on it's face, is ANOTHER confirmation of the Agenda and Corruption and Collusion here. It's a travesty and a disgrace. My heart literally bleeds for this girl and her family. As a mother of a daughter and son, and now a grandmother of two beautiful boys (from my daughter), I can't imagine the pain in these parents hearts. They have had to WATCH their daughter called a vegetable, be tortured and now for the third time, attempted to be starved and dehydrated to death. Michael S. & colluders are simply DETERMINED to complete this botched murder. They appear to have a lot of help from a runaway, rogue Judicary.
I heard Dr. Hammesfahr on talk radio Monday. He said countless agencies, medical instiutions and law enforcement have failed Terri throughout the past 15 years and that he had NEVER seen anything like it. He said Terri needed to get out of that hospice ASAP or she would NEVER come out alive and since her collapse, her life has been in GRAVE danger.
And that's before yesterday and today.
Just sitting from where we are, this is incredibly painful: emotionally, physically and spiritually. I can't fathom being able to handle this were I in their shoes. I honestly don't think I could.
This information WAS provided to Greer and he DID disregard it. Greer seems more than CONFIDENT that NOTHING he does or does not do in the Florida courts, whether it's just plain illegal or negligent, that he will NOT be dealt with in any way by ANY agency, other Judiciary or the Government. So if that doesn't tell a very clear story of deep rooted, far reaching CORRUPTION, I don't know what does. He basically told the Federal Government to kiss his A$$!! He called a Federal Subpoena BOGUS and what was done? - NOTHING!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!

offduty Greer was asked to RECUSE himself FOUR times from this trial because of various and blatantly OBVIOUS Conflicts of Interest. As with everything else he has done, he REFUSED TO AND IGNORED IT. Somebody has something pretty bad on someone here for this kind of OUTRIGHT CORRUPTION to EXCUSED and/or IGNORED/DEFENDED at all levels. WHERE are the challenges? WHY was this man NOT removed from the case? I work with Lawyers every day and live with one. I was also an RN. Neither of these Professions that I have seen, have EVER tolerated such behaviour by one it's members. The British Columbia Law Society here, is extremely hard on it's members when complaints are filed and they are most certainly THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED. If the Lawyer has been found to have done anything to bring dishonor or has acted in a "Manner unbecoming a member of the Law Society", they are DEALT with!!

They did work DIRECTLY with Terri Schiavo tho and were also in a position to read Michael Schiavo's ORDERS and to UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL witness his behaviour. Their Affidavits are good and valid evidence.!!

I understand. I'm sitting here yelling at my tv while watching Greta...The Harvard law professor keeps saying if the Supreme allows the stay...Terri's "constitutional rights" will be violated. Of course no one says that if a denovo hearing is held after her demise...and they find her wishes were to remain on life suppport....how can her constitutional rights be reinstated. They want her to die. This is the first step towards euthanasia becomming the norm. This country has finally become a disposable society...disposable income,diapers,people
I wished I had heard the Dr. TA. But I know that Schiavo and Felos are busy "attacking" the good Doctor now. He's a fraud, a quack, etc. Talk about frauds!!!!!! Could a situation become any more fraudulent? I don't think so. I am simply STUNNED and DISGUSTED with Jeb B. He has FAILED this girl and her family absolutley miserably. I honestly thought, in the beginning, that he had what it took to use the tools so readily at his disposal. I was WRONG. And barring a miracle, the Schindlers are DEAD wrong on behalf of their precious child. The Death merchants are just marching along, protected all the way. God Himself will recompense this murder.!!
Do you really think this woman WILL pass the information on S???? You know and I know there has been fraud perpetrated on the Court, but does the Court seem to care? Not in my view. In fact, they don't seem to care about REALLY looking at the case afresh at all. So why will they even consider the fraud issue? I agree they should be right on top of it, but so far, IF they were serious, they would have FIRSTLY, ORDERED the re-institution of the feeding tube; and SECONDLY, started hearing arguments on this case from a FRESH perspective as they were legislated to do by the Federal Government.
okay, got ya. BUT what would happen then IF the Federal Courts took a new look at the case beginning from the beginning? They could NOT help but relaize that they were dealing with a botched murder. By the time they get around to reviewing it, if they ever do, the Murder will be complete. I feel sick myself. WHY don't at least the Florida citizens feel like collectively vomiting?
I can't watch that Scientology witch!! Matter of fact, I just got FOX and I absolutely REFUSE to watch that woman. She was disgusting through the Simpson trial, she was disgusting through the Peterson trial and she's STILL disgusting. Don't even give her show the click. Lower her ratings. I have NO idea who, if they are supposedly conservative, could watch 5 minutes of her.
