[history]
Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

for the most part you are...but I am thinking this is a ruling on the 18th's motion, not today's motion. They have to deal with the 18th first.
To: Freepertwo
Even with a horrible clintoid judge, and that will be the case, I presume, won't the jury be able to keep the judge from killing Terri. This assumes that the jury will hear all the facts that George W. Greer ignored.

These must be the motions filed, not the orders by jduge.

The 3/21 date makes no sense, so I hope it is an error. Even the district court ruled today, so it may be computer jibberish.... hoping.....

No, it doesn't seem to be a ruling at all, it seems to be the request of a ruling.

If it is remanded to the district court, wouldn't there have to be re-insertion of hydration and nutrition?
Or why remand it at all?

Go to Blacks Law Dictionary. You'll find it defined there.
Mine is in storage. We're doing the "sparse" look to sell the house and move.
