Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Now it is LEGAL TO WITH-HOLD FOOD AND WATER FROM A DISABLED PERSON. It's a bit worse than that I believe. Food and water is not described legally as life by "artificial mean." Terri is not being "allowed to die." She is being killed on purpose.

What is good is that this case brings all those other cases to light and now we know what is going on in our country. It is time to step up and take control! Control of what? Are you going to stick your nose into every family's private end-of-life decision?
The only reason there's an issue here is because the Schindlers disagree with MS. If they had agreed with him, she would still have had her tube removed, though it would have occurred eight years ago.

And, as an addendum to what I've said, what's going on in Florida is just another page out of the Nazi playbook. The neurologist chosen and used by Michael Schiavo admitted last night on H&C that advanced alzheimers patients who are unable to manually feed themselves should NOT receive feeding tubes.
What, I ask you, is that but Nazi-esque sentiment????

Do I understand that petition correctly?... that they may remove Terri and into protective custody on the basis that "abuse" has occurred by their administering morphine? Is that correct?
