Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Lady, I agree about calling the police. I'd do so in a heart beat, if I thought they would do something.

Here's the problem. They are the same police dept who is NOW GUARDING TERRI AND KEEPING HER FAMILY FROM GIVING HER WATER.

THEY WORK FOR FELOS AND GREER. That's probably why DCF will not do anything. I'm sure that's why Felos threatened to sue people today. Greer was threatening people too. If people could rely on protection against these people, they would do anything to save Terri. REMEMBER, THIS TOWN HAS DONE THE UN-THINKABLE TO A DISABLED WOMAN.

The whole stinking town is control by the likes of JUDGE GREER. I'd go there and get arrested myself, if I could to save Terri. I LOVE HER LIKE A SISTER. I'VE NEVER CRIED SO MUCH IN MY LIFE.

IT'S A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

Her parents just said on H&C that they were barred from seeing her from 3:30pm to 7:30pm today. They didn't know why.

I WISH THEY WOULD GET RID OF COLMES AND MAKE IT JUST THE HANNITY SHOW. I have emailed Fox 20 times about that. I m always yelling at my tv telling Colmes to SHUT UP.

That's okay. I once e-mailed him and told him what I thought and he put my e-mail on the screen and had the guy that wanted to take "Under God" (Neuberg or whatever his name was) out of the pledge in and they talked bad about me. I had no chance to respond.

Maybe is was a question, but it is one that give other pause to think that violence may be an alternative which it should not be.

There is enough going on without thinking of the what ifs, and in a manner that is mob mentality.

Had to post this latest entry from the Radiologist who examined the CT codeblueblog:

I want everyone to know that I am not ignoring this thread. I will try to address as many questions as I can as soon as I can. I am flying to the West Coast tomorrow so my blogging may be delayed.

I have not been inactive. I've been in touch with Terri's legal team and have offered my ideas and given a deposition.

If she has hydrocephalus then she needs periodical CT's and regular shunt monitoring.

If she is NOT shunted it is my contention that there is no physician ANYWHERE who could say, definitively, that she did not have hydrocephalus at the time of that particular CT slice.

What does this mean? Everything.

Nonshunted hydrocephalics can experience improved mental functioning after shunting. I am not saying this would be the case with Terri (because of how long this has gone on); however, what I AM saying is that if they DON'T shunt her and PROVE there is no function improvement, then they are killing her.

Basically, given THAT image the onus is on them to prove she is NOT hydrocephalic -- meaning she needs a repeat CT, and they need to reinsert the feeding tube.

If they proceed as is, with that image out there on the internet, the person(s) who pulled that tube had better be aware that they are in jeopardy of actuating a death when there were standard medical procedural methods that had yet to be deployed.

Exactly. The protesters need to UNITED their voices into one rallying call. The more of them that speak the louder it will get. Remote TV crews on the scene will have no option but to have that running in the background.

"THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING! THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING!"

They could start with five or ten people. I would imagine it would grow in intensity. That, against the backdrop of people trying to give her a glass of water for her thirst, will speak volumnes as a news image.

The whole family looks so tired from the struggle. I had to turn off the TV. It's just too heartbreaking to watch.
