Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I think we are underestimating Jeb at this point. he may still come out the hero in all of this if he sends DCFS in to get Terri and she lives! But I think he has to do that tonight, no later or she will die tomorrow!

I think he MUST go in and do it tonight. But if he is going to wait for GREER, who will no doubtedly say NO, Terri will be dead.

CNN reporting that Judge Greer will issue his opinion on the new evidence tomorrow at noon.......

Clearly, by that time Terri will be dead. Is anyone obliged to wait for that scum's opinion?

Me to, i will head to Florida and stand with Jen if he gets into any trouble for helping Terri which honestly I don't think he will! I think it is time for him to seek criminal acts by judge greer in denying medical treatment for Terri and ruling she is a condition she is not in!

Don't you guys think that Jeb knows, heck I am sure even POTUS knows, Terri's condition on regular updates from the family and will not let her die on their watch.....it would be horribly bad for them....lots of big people are speaking out and saying the POTUS needs to get the fed marshalls and go take her (Pat Buchanan, and a few GOP reps and senators)...so I am thinking that this could be reality....wouldn't ya think that they are maybe waiting until the wee hours when the circus isn't in town?
