Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
It's a sad day for sure.
Sen KIng believe in my heart of hearts as practicing Christian heaven is even better no matter how good life on earth.
Spent more time on my knees asking for a sign.
I concluded had God wanted to make any difference he could have done it.
God chose to unanimously confirm the fact that Terri's will be done.
I am frightened if you look in history.
Any time a nation has tried to impose it's political views over the court system it has empowered that it didn't like the decisions that its courts made the road to ruin is in the history books.
We have no business in legislature imposing our views on the end of life.
We've got no bus doing what we've doing.
Last year we made a herculean effort to save her and it was declared unconstitutional. Now we're doing th esame thing to what purpose.
Imposing what we think on her.
I don't thinkthose htat oppose the bill are any less Christian, or any less REpublican, or less antying else becasue we oppose this bill.
We have an opportunity to step aside and do what imo is God's decision. If we had not infused the tubes terri would b edead I'm mkaing the assumption she wants to be dea.d

I hope he never runs for office again. I jsut told th eGOP this a.m. I'll never help again if Terri dies because King's statute is what has caused the problem.

fULL 11TH CIRCUIT HAS REFUSED
--Presidential order backed up by federalize national guard or federal marshalls to rescue the girl.
--Governor order backed up by state troopers or Florida national guard.
These would appear to be the only three ways to save the girl now. (What with the turndown by the entire 11th Circuit Court).
(Or, massive civil disobedience at the site, I suppose....)
Jeb says the prayers and emails are working.
There is hope despite what the 11th circuit says.
King may just be our answer to prayer...if he sounds as ridiculous as he's coming across here, then people may be so turned off to him they'll vote the other way.
