[history]
Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I agree 100%. It infuriates me when good people try to get out of jury duty. I am delighted to serve whenever I am called and I know it's worth the inconvenience.

This ia a good and decent family. Those wonderful parents are raising some good kids who will always have respect for humanity and comassion for same. What can I say? They got caught redhanded with a cup of water in their hands! Against the law. Cased closed.

Greer said he found "clear and compelling evidence" to believe Michael and Scott and Joan's testimony and completely disregard testimony to the contrary. That makes the threshhold a variable, which can still be exploited.) But the contrary evidence was not admitted because of an ERROR THAT THE JUDGE MADE about what year Karen Quinlan DIED, not the year that she had the respirator removed.

I actually laughed! You're right...and it's tragic.

"Seems those unsuspecting seniors living in FL should be warned about this."
I think a lot of those liberal seniors are at the end of their lives anyway and don't care if they die.. that's probably why they moved there..

More of the symbolism in names of people surrounding this case.
Let's remember what one of Gabriel's jobs will be towards the end. Maybe he's practicing up on his trumpet playing right now...

// This doesn't sound good. King will fight tooth-n-nail to kill this bill. // -- that's what I'm seeing.
the other senators I have heard -- have been respectful and trying to work w/sen webster.
king is the exception. no attempt. I pray he is transparent, that this can be worked out around him...

a whole bag of jelly donuts might do the job and you had an excellent idea! I was hoping he would get so upset that no one could understand a word he said.

Micah 6:8 ~ "And what does the Lord require of thee, O man ... to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God."
May it be, Merciful Father, that Your Words will take hold in the hearts of these doubting Senators, and they will be convicted to do justly; to love mercy; to walk humbly with their God. In the Name of Jesus, may it be thus, O Lord, may it be thus ... Amen

I agree with your assessment. My general impression of the debate is that the Florida Senate is trying to find a way to pass the bill. What is the vote that is required for passage?
